Nice unit, ON the beach!

Nicely furnished and very well equipped, including beach towels and chairs. Even with construction the view of the beach and watching the surfers cannot be beat - and the entire building will be very nice and new when construction is finished, which should be soon. And, there is an underground assigned parking space, invaluable.

Perfection!

What a great condo and host! Tina thought of everything, we felt right at home. You can't beat the view of Pacific Beach. The location is great and near everything you could possibly need. We got great use out of the body boards and beach towels she had ready for us. The building felt clean, safe, and family friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! We will be back for sure. This is a perfect place for a couple or small family. I wouldn't recommend for anyone that's looking for a lot of partying, there are plenty of other places in PB for that.
