This unit is located in a residential condominium building built in 1973 which is located on the beachfront boardwalk in Pacific Beach. One "L" shaped condominium building contains 4 floors with the total 55 residential units and has only 1 elevator. There is no central air condition in this building.
This 1 bedroom unit is located on the top floor, and the floor-to-ceiling window in the living/dining/kitchen area faces west directly to the Pacific Ocean. This Top Floor Oceanfront Unit has been remodeled in 2010 which included a fully updated kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances and the amenities you need to say.
The remodeled bathroom (in 2010) includes dual sinks, full size tub and shower.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Unplug any item you have plugged in and Turn off all lights. Take out any large trash (such as pizza box) to the trash dumpster located outside in the back alley.
Leave a garage remote control and all keys on the kitchen counter.
Close and lock all windows. Turn a knob to lock the entry door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
