OB is a vibrant, bohemian neighborhood with a fun SoCal beach vibe. You will be able to walk to great brewpubs and restaurants in just minutes. Stroll down Voltaire street and engage all your senses for all kinds of delights and sights. Our studio is located in one of the most desirable areas in Ocean beach. No matter what direction you head, you will find yourself immersed in the pulse and grove of OB. Located only 3 blocks from one of the most popular beaches in San Diego and the famous OB Pier. Short-Term Residential Occupancy License: STR-06950L

Stroll down to the beach, or mosey along popular Newport Ave. OB offers new breweries, fun restaurants, antique shops, surf shops, surfing, taquerias, and great sunsets.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or road trip destination!

There is no A/C but being so close to the beach, you get a great sea breeze, but just in case, there is a portable fan (stored in the closet).

Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays and contact-free check-in.

Nicely decoarated cottage with good basic amenities. A place like OB doesn't need air conditioning, but it was nice the cottage had a stand up fan so that it didn't get too stuffy. Great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach.

I had a great stay at Francesca’s place. The room was clean and had everything I need for a great week long stay for work. Close to tons of food options and a great market right across the street. A nice stroll to the beach which I visited at least twice a day. Quiet and just what I hoped for

We had a great stay! Lots of things to do within walking distance for adults! Definitely suggest leaving the door open to sleep with the fan on the summer! Overall a great stay!

Cute cottage - parking can be a pain. Will say - 6am flight pattern is over head. Perfect place for 2 people. - Bed could use an update - body dent on my side - but my sisters side was good. Water pressure sucked in Shower - tough to get the sand out from everywhere Noodle place across the street 5- about a 6 block walk to beach. Would stay again.

The check-in & check-out process was extremely easy and quick. The room was amazing cute and perfect for me and my wife to have a fun stay in San Diego. This rental was everything we needed. It was clean, easy to find and get in, located in a great neighborhood and relatively close to the dog beach. Most days we could park super close to the rental, and there were a few days we had to park about a block away. Couldn’t have asked for anything more

Convenient stay for some beach time

Cute studio apartment was perfect for one or two people. It's an easy walk to the beach, many restaurants, coffee shops and stores. It's a little loud being in the airport flight path, but no problems at evening bedtime when there are few flights.
