The river is always flowing !!! The hummingbirds are active and fun to watch in august! Tom is very thoughtful to share cleaning products and paper goods! He was very responsive to our needs!

Awesome location by the river

Tom has put together a very nice stay at his property. The river behind is real nice and the shops and restaurants were good to have close by. Across the river there's a nice park for the kids, about a 5 minute walk away. The condo was very comfortable. Tom was very responsive in communicating at all points in the process.

My family of 4 needed to be close to Edwards. We were thrilled to find an apartment right in downtown but set back on the river Our expectations were met. The apartment was so convenient, walking distance to all of Edwards, 10 minutes from Beaver Creek The apartment was so well maintained and furnished Kitchen was fully equipped. We created and ate many meals in the apartment Walking trails near by River Walk near by Wake up to the sights and sounds of the River Very good value

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in a small condo community right on the Eagle River (great views and sounds); walking distance to Riverwalk in downtown Edwards. It is quiet, immaculate, well maintained and furnished. The kitchen is nicely equipped; we made/ate all of our meals at the condo over 6 day-stay. Our group of 4 adults had plenty of room and privacy.

This is probably the most well equipped condo I have ever spent time in. And to listen to the river below is so relaxing. We sat on the balcony every morning listening to the river and watching the hummingbirds.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great to just relax on the balcony and watch the River and hummingbirds. It’s also walking distance from cute shops and inviting restaurants. We also walked on the Eagle Valley Trail. Of course all of Vail Valley is a short drive away!

Great location, comfortable condo

This condo was comfortable, spacious for our family of 4, and in a great spot in Edwards. The porch was a great spot to sit and read and listen to the river. After our first night, we got an abrasive text message from the property manager accusing us of making too much noise during a time when we were all sleeping, which was frustrating.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this condo in Edwards for our Spring Break ski trip. Very convenient and in walking distance to the shops in the Riverwalk. Make sure you pop into the bookstore. We enjoyed the relaxing sounds of the Eagle River just below. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to spread out. We would recommend and would stay here again.

Comfy Cozy Convenient

Thank you so much for a wonderful trip made all the better by this wonderful condo. We absolutely loved it. It was Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient. What more could you ask for???? We walked daily into town, read and talked nightly by the fire and slept with the sounds of Eagle River. If you will have us, we will be back!
