Local Attractions

Coolum Beach is becoming an increasingly popular holiday destination that has a wide range of Cafes and restaurants to choose from. It is centrally located in the Sunshine Coast with beautiful Beaches. Coolum Beach is patrolled year round. The Northern end of Coolum Beach is an off leash playground for dogs.

Booking Conditions

- Rates based on 2 - 6 Guests
- Security bond of $300 required within 5 days of making reservation, this will be refunded, minus any damages within 14 days of the end of your stay.
- Full tariff is due 21 days prior to your arrival date or on booking if booked less than 21 days prior to you stay
- If you cancel within 21 days of arrival date the tariff will be refunded on re-letting of the property for the same period. If you cancel 21 days or more prior to arrival date the tariff will be refunded. In either situation the Security Band is not refundable.
- We regret that the property is NOT available for Schoolies bookings
- We welcome well behaved pets. Well behaved dogs are allowed inside the house on their own beds. Dogs are NOT allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture or rugs. When the owners are not in attendance the dog must be kept outside.
- The backyard is fully fenced for the safety of your kids and pets.
