駅も徒歩圏内で人気の飲食店も近くにあり、立地はとても良かったです。ハウスの周りで雪にも存分に触れることができて子ども達も大喜びでした。 1箇所ヒーターの調子が悪いと言われてましたので、あまり使用せず、暖かいサンルームで過ごしました。事前に丁寧にメールでお知らせや助言などもして頂いて、助かりました。 ただ、サンルームのソファで休んでいる際、ガラス戸が外れ顔の上から直撃し流血。救急車で病院へいきました。何が原因かはわかりませんが（施設だけの原因ではないかもしれませんが）扉の立て付けには気をつけたほうがいいかもしれません。 また、事故後の処理（片付け）はとても速やかに行って頂き助かりました。しかし、話し合いの最中、意見の相違があった際に大声を上げたり机を叩いたり高圧的な場面もありましたので、子ども達を声の聞こえない部屋に避難させました。何かトラブルがあった際はお相手のタイミングに合わないと話し合いは難しいかもしれません。 その時の対応以外はとても丁寧で、気さくにお話してくださる方でした。
