Riverbend House is a two bedroom house with a modern open plan kitchen,dining and lounge room. Main bedroom has a queen bed with en suite. Second bedroom has king singles and a fold out bed in the lounge room if needed. Porta cot and high chair available on request. Main bathroom has a shower as well as a bath.Television and dvd player in lounge room as well as main bedroom. Wi-Fi and Stan . Fully ducted heating and air conditioning.
Guests have access to all parts of the house including secure single car garage. Spacious outdoor area including Weber bbq , eating area and a secure backyard for your children to play in. Riverbend House is pet friendly with a secure backyard for your pet to play in. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.

Cereals (selection), milk, bread, butter, jam , vegemite, peanut butter, honey, fruit, juice, tea, instant coffee.
Dietary options available on request.

Pantry items: glad wrap, foil, paper towel, baking paper,cooking spray.
Cleaning items: Tea towels, dish washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, fly spray.
All linen/towels provided. Washing machine, dryer, clothesline, pegs, washing powder, airer.

Riverbend house is in a tranquil setting located 200 meters from the Murray River. Following the river walking track you can wander along the river for a pleasant and easy walk between the river red gums to Riverside Park and to the town center.We are a short drive away from Murray Downs Golf Course, Pioneer Settlement, Racecourse, Art Gallery. We have a farmers market the first Sunday of the month at Riverside park.
