Beautiful riverfront, family friendly home minutes from Lodi - no pets/smoking

Located in the historic town of Lockeford and just 15 minutes from Lodi, this newly remodeled 2 story home is equipped for the perfect family getaway, weekend of wine tasting, or a couples retreat. It has 2 master bedroom suites each having a full bath. The other 2 bedrooms have a full and bunk in each room. There are 2 additional full baths and 1 half bath. A full kitchen is furnished to service any meal. The living room, family room and both masters are equipped with a flat screen HD TV, and Wifi is available throughout the residence. If there is a need to do laundry, a washing machine and dryer is also available.

The balconies overlooking the river are a perfect way to relax and end your evening. Hawks, otters, and foxes are just some of the wildlife you might see. For the fisherman in your group, the river is just steps away and just a few miles up the road is a great place to launch your kayaks or rafts to float down the river. Our new vineyard will be planted in the Spring - the stakes and trellis are going in now. If it is warm enough, swimming in the Mokelumne River is invigorating.

Peaceful place

Enjoyed the house and so peaceful Was there for my Moms funeral services nearby It was roomy and loved the river. Everything was great. The left side stove knob was broken off but managed without it. Stress free accommodations Next time we will come and enjoy the fun Thanks

Amazing Property!!!

We had an epic 3 day stay at this beautiful property with a great group of our friends and family! The pictures on the site do not do this place justice. The home is amazing, but the feel of sitting on that back porch and deck watching the river flow by isn’t something I can put into words! We can’t wait to come back to River Bend!!!

Wedding in Lodi

We were gathering in Lodi for a wedding. Family came from Boston, CT, FL. 3 generations! The house was a perfect gathering spot for others who were staying at hotels and a perfect place for us to stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great! Views were wonderful. Internet wasn't great, but that was OK. Hot spots work.

Vacation stay 2022

We were planning on going fishing at lake Amador but the olde kids changed their minds as there were no boat rentals and nearby Lake Camanche had a few small boat rentals available so we , went to the Fair in Plymouth and the kids fished in the Mokelumne River behind the house and played some basketball and we spent a day at New Mellones Reservoir on a Party Boat Cruiser which the kids and adults all enjoyed , the House was Perfect and we would Love to come back and stay again in the near future

My husband and I live in Lodi, California with our 3 children and 3 dogs. We love Lodi for its small town feel. We also farm wine grapes and Bing cherries. The Various wineries surrounding the Lodi-Lockeford area make for a great weekend getaway. Lodi was just named 2015 Wine Region of the Year.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property August of 2016 and brought this abandoned, run down property to a river oasis. We did not inherit this property, we have put in countless hours of blood, sweat and tears to make this home what is is today. Our Albariño vineyard will be planted in the Spring of 2017.
