It has cozy upholstered sofas and armchairs, a huge full HD TV and sound system for indoor and outdoor use.

The fully-equipped newly designed, high-quality white gloss kitchen offers the ideal place to create Mediterranean cuisine during your stay. Both the kitchen and the living room lead directly to the spacious terrace – nestled between fragrant lavender and citrus trees. The beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden has been created with much love and in the evening is illuminated. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and all rooms have AC and TV.

Outdoor areas offer a large 14m x 8m pool (pool can be heated), surrounded by sun beds and parasols and a yoga area. The terraces and the covered BBQ area with a large professional grill, serves as a great outdoor lounge area to relax and unwind as well as to eat together al fresco.

Positioned on 1.6 hectares of land with air conditioning and heating throughout, there is also a laundry room with washer and tumble dryer.
