A 20 minute walk to beaches, cafes, shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the river this property encapsulates utter serenity with an outlook on to open farmland. You may even meet some cows.

A perfect home away from home The house had absolutely everything you could need. Clean, bright comfortably furnished In a quiet cul de sac. Just perfect!!!

Loooooove this house!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this house and it’s amazing. As I said in my earlier review, it has everything you need so a longer stay is very comfortable. Beautiful furniture and decor. Lovely location backing onto big quiet paddocks. It’s a longer walk into the the town centre but it la flat the whole way and you don’t have to deal with loud traffic (which is do on the main roads closer to town). My 6 year old son loves it, there’s a trampoline, sand pit, plenty of room to run around. They’ve also added a dryer which is a god send with those damp beach towels! I highly recommend this house for a group getaway or family. Will stay again!

Perfect family holiday house

This house was perfect for our family, including our two young kids. The house was clean and tidy. The yard is beautiful. The trampoline, sandpit and outdoor toys kept our kids entertained for days on end. A few extra touches from our lovely host (like books and toys for the kids) meant that we felt so welcome. Barwon Heads is great for young families, and this is the perfect house for a family looking for some time away. The house is a decent walk away from the heart of town (about 30 minutes), but it's a flat and easy walk.
