We had a wonderful stay, easy to get to the CBD, wonderful home for our group.
Asked for a refund for guest not traveling over 30 days out, no response.
We were a group of 4 ladies that had a very enjoyable stay here as our home base to explore Melbourne.
Property was very comfortable, had everything we needed and very close to trans and trains to get us everywhere we went wanted to go.
What a great place! This unit is one block from the 109(orange line); and couple block s from delicious Asian food and very very clean. Robert was very responsive. The unit was very clean and has an amazing view of the city. A great unit for a larger group.

Nice place and handy location
This place is over 3 levels and comfortable enough. Communication with the owner was a bit patchy. However, be wary of the 60 day no refund cancellation policy which seems to be longer than most other properties.
This property is huge and perfect for a group of friends. We loved the balcony with an amazing view of the city / sunset. It was clean and had comfy beds, and a huge living area. My only criticism was that the property owner was hard to get in contact with to confirm details of the stay, so it would be good if they replied to messages faster. We also couldn’t find a vacuum.

Great appartment for large group
This property was excellent for our large family group and in a great location with easy access to downtown Melbourne. However, attention to a few details would be good with no hair dryer, not enough wine glasses for all the guests, a vacuum cleaner that stopped when it got hot and broken fly screens on the balcony.

Excellent Large Family Residence
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Trams, buses and trains were all very accessible. The property was clean and well presented and the large number of beds made our stay very comfortable. A lovely convenient location but very private. We would recommend this property for large families as it is very spacious.
