JET FLAMINGO SURF HOUSE Villa is clean and fresh and features a fully equipped kitchen and living area that is set up to accommodate groups up to 12 people. There is a large outside dining table in the Euro-style courtyard that is perfect for dining and get-together’s both summer and winter.There are multiple chill-out areas with large smart Samsung TV’s for chilling.

The SURF HOUSE is our 4th Jet Flamingo villa in Bondi and sits alongside our other 3 Villas. All beds have luxurious 5* hotel mattresses, and all bedding has natural fibre 5* hotel quality linen with all stays including additional towels and beach-towels.

SURF HOUSE villa features a washing machine and dryer for laundering your clothes during your stay. There is enough seating and chairs for your group to relax & enjoy our unique and very fun focused Bondi villa. There is off-street parking for two cars with additional parking for a further two cars if needed possible over the kerb. Jet Flamingo’s ‘The Beach House’ is a fun casual house and was built with socialising and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories; we look forward to welcoming you.

The villa has a strict NO PARTY policy & we do NOT accept Bucks or Bachelor parties at all. The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a Bucks weekend.

Great property close to everything

10 of us had a wonderful weekend here with everything we needed. It was close enough to the airport for those flying in, and metres from the beach. We mostly ate in as we took advantage of the well equipped kitchen and the availability of ingredients nearby. The round dining table was perfect for group meals and enough space on the lounges for all of us to chill at the same time. The only disappointment was having to return to work the next week.

Fabulous

Had a fabulous 3 days in Bondi. The best location, great living, dining, kitchen area. The beds were exceptionally comfy. Our only negative comment is the apartment is a bit tired in areas. Carpet needs a good steam clean. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would happily visit again.

Great location, great property

This property was an awesome base for our family gathering from around aus. It was so close to the beach & shops we had no need to use our cars. The property was well appointed for our family of 5 couples & 3 littlies. The little things like the welcome basket of goodies, the high standard of linen and the great layout of the property made jet flamingo a great choice. Correspondence was dealt with quickly & efficently when arranging this booking. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

Fabulous!

Along with four friends, my husband and I were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay at this wonderful property in the heart of Bondi for the weekend. The booking process was easy and the owner very responsive. We arrived to find a sensational 'welcome pack' containing an array of beautiful fruit; beer and champagne in the fridge along with milk, bread, juice and so on and a lovely vase of flowers! The kitchen area is spacious and very well equipped, including a coffee machine, good quality crockery, glassware, utensils, great knives, cookware and thoughtful touches like salt and pepper, oil and vinegar. A terrific gas cooktop and oven allowed us to create sensational breakfasts each day. There's a six-seat dining table next to the kitchen, but we preferred to eat outdoors. The lounge area has two large leather couches for relaxing; chatting or watching the enormous television while making use of the cushions and throws if the weather turns cool which it did during our stay. The property has three large bedrooms; the main with an enormous ensuite including a deep free-standing bath. The other two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and there is a third bathroom downstairs along with a bunk room which we didn't use. So plenty of room for the six of us with opportunities for privacy if required. All of the bedroom spaces had ample storage and along with bath towels, our host had thoughtfully provided beach towels. The beds are really comfortable and the linen fresh. There's a media room with some lovely couches for lounging about on, although we had such an action-packed weekend, we didn't make use of it. The living space leads out onto a deck in the private back yard where we spent most of our time. There's a great table with fixed benches either side and a top notch barbecue. Lots of greenery gave us plenty of privacy for our festivities. Lots of wonderful natural light; parking for two cars which we didn't need because the location of the property is so central to all that Bondi offers. The property is air-conditioned which can be individually controlled in the bedrooms; beautifully furnished and was spotlessly clean. We were all really impressed by the attention to detail and to the owner had a clear idea of what his guests might need. Spot on every time! Not sure when we'll next be back in Sydney, but we would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. It's so rare to find an owner who genuinely cares about the comfort of his guests and goes out o
