This gorgeous coastal home in Sorrento is the perfect stay for a single family or 2 families wanting to get away together, with ample space for parents to relax, and kids to enjoy the space and fun this home offers.

It is approx 100m to the best beach on the Peninsula - Tideways Beach, and a leisurely 15 minute walk to Sorrento shops, restaurants and bars.
It is positioned with an easy walk to the National Park back beaches to enjoy picturesque tracks for jogging, or just taking in the views. Koonya General Store is around the corner for immediate supplies. Wander through Settler's Cove past the tennis court to St. Paul's General Store, for a morning coffee. Fancy some sailing lessons? Sorrento Sailing Club is just across the road.

Bedroom 1 - Queen Size bed with bedside tables and walk in robe. Leads to ensuite/main bathroom.

Bedroom 3 - This is the kids retreat. Includes 3 double beds and 3 quality firm mattress single trundles.

Bathrooms - The 2 main bedrooms have ensuites. The first bathroom includes an oversized shower with quality fittings, toilet and double basins. The 2nd bathroom also has an oversized shower, toilet and is a private ensuite. Then there is a 3rd toilet for guests to use.
When you come home from a long day at the beach, you can also opt to enjoy the private outdoor shower with hot and cold water streaming for your comfort.

Living Space - LED TV with t-box and DVD player, and DVD movies for you to enjoy during your stay.
Included is a UEBoom which can connect to your personalised music collection.

The kitchen has a full suite of quality ASKO appliances, including dishwasher, range hood, kettle, toaster, DeLonghi coffee machine, oven, sandwich maker and induction stove. The kitchen is abundantly stocked with all the glassware, utensils, crockery, and cookware you'll need to dine in style.

Split system units are in each bedroom for ultimate comfort during summer and winter and the family room/kitchen, making it an ideal getaway all year around.

Separate games room/kids room with table tennis table and fun bar for the kids to enjoy. There are several hammocks around the property for your relaxation time, and a swing for the younger children.

There is a gorgeous outdoor under cover patio which leads on to a wonderful garden BBQ area.

Kitchen is fully equipped and we can stock the pantry with food if requested for an extra charge.
