Spent 3 nights over the long weekend. Check-in was quick and easy. House was clean and perfect for pur two families. Very functional and centrally located to access all the nice beaches and cafes/restaurants.

We ended up booking Chris' house literally the weekend before Easter and was so pleased with the location. It was a great walk into Blairgowrie village and the beach but quiet and tucked away. The house was perfect for a quiet relaxing family break. Would recommend Chris' property to anyone.
A very well presented house with plenty of space for an extended family. The driveway was very steep and torrential rains caused some flooding in the garage. Chris was quick to respond to any queries. Overall a very nice place for a family holiday.

We had a wonderful time with our adult children- with space to connect with each other and space to relax. This new home was very well presented and comfortable. Owner was available to answer any question by phone/ text. The house was easy walking distance to Blairgowrie shops and to the back beach. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
I highly recommend this property for holiday home. Chris was very helpful with the booking process with prompt replies to queries. This property is well maintained with a luxurious relaxing feel. Thank you once again for a relaxing stay at this property.
We really enjoyed our time at this property. It’s very spacious which was lucky because we had terrible weather and didn’t get out as much as we hoped to. Multiple living areas are great. Beautiful bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Something not mentioned in the advertisement is the seperate study with 2 built in desks - this was really handy as a couple of us had work to do whilst we were there. I would highly recommend this property.
We had a great stay at this property. It was well positioned, is a great house and it had all of the amenities we needed. Unfortunately we did not find our host very welcoming or friendly (was not prepared to offer a refund if COVID restricted travel, kept reminding us to make sure we left the property as clean as when we arrived because his family was staying after us, left notes out saying not to use any of the food left in the pantry, accused us of staining a mattress that we did not stain, charged us $200 for the repair of a chair that they admit was already ripped but that became more damaged while we were there). We had a great time and the house was really nice, but I find it difficult to recommend based on our experience with the owners.

The review you have just read is in stark contrast to our other previous guests reviews and in retaliation for us asking Damien to pay for damage done during their stay to one of our dining chairs
When Damien enquired initially prior to booking he asked about a COVID cancellation & we offered to provide a credit if this occurred which he gratefully accepted before making the booking
We treat all our guests with respect & expect that all our guests will treat ourselves & our home the same
Chris' house was spacious, comfortable and perfect for us and our 3 adult children to holiday and spend time with extended family members who have holiday homes in blairgowrie.

Easy living
We stayed one week at the Blairgowrie Luxury Beach Retreat and really enjoyed it. The house is modern and spacious, and in a good position. We would often walk to the Blairgowrie Yacht Club in the afternoon, or to the local shopping area for dinner.
Chris is on hand with any questions and we found the property had everything we needed.

Beauty in Blairgowrie!
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is basically brand new and has everything you could ever need. Wonderful kitchen including huge oven, specious bathrooms and sunlit deck. It's also very secure for children too. It's a perfectly quiet location which we LOVED! Chris the owner is very accessible if you need anything. The home has a great feel. The only downside is the steep driveway - enter at your own risk!! But to be honest it didn't bother me too much once I decided I would park up the top of the property. Linen was supplied too which is a great bonus as most ask you to bring your own. Would stay again for sure!
