Welcome to Tzefania Hotel, a long-standing establishment of Jerusalem. Founded as early as 1947, Tzefania Hotel have been run by three consecutive generations of our family. As a result, the hospitality experience we offer is unlike anything you know. We invite you to relish our history, photos, and most importantly, the authentic Jerusalem.

Our roms are simple & clean, recently renovated, and offer good value for your money. Our cleaning services are offered every 3 days during your stay (free of additional charge). We want to offer an experience and depth to your visit in Jerusalem that will stay with you for a long time.

In addition, the Tzefania Hotel is also welcome Sabbath-keepers, and therefore all the rooms including kosher dishes, a special electric kettle for Shabbat, hot water for the shower with Shabbat clock, electric Shabbat lamp, plastic plates and plastic cups. All to make you feel comfortable.
Check in time: If you land in Israel late at night, you do not have to worry about. Our rooms are arranged free entry without any help, using a special code, so you are not dependent on us.

Our Building: The pictures speak for themselves. Art objects from Israeli and Jewish history are hung throughout the building, and you can be impressed and learn from the great collection. We offer you a pleasant and spacious garden that surrounds the building, and if you wish, you can arrange in advance to entertain friends in the garden or celebrate holidays here together, such as Sukkot.

Based on local tax laws, ISRAELI CITIZENS must pay VAT. This VAT tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation, and must be paid at the check in.

As well, ALL OTHER GUESTS, must let us copy their Passport WITH THE BLUE FORM you will recieved at border control. without those two, you will also be needed to pay VAT TAX.

We are located within the streets of Geula neighbourhood - physycally close to the downtown city-center Jerusalem (800 meters (0.5 miles)), Mahne Yehuda market (1km (0.65 miles)) and to the old city (800 meters (0.5 miles)), and culturally offer a unique view into the religious–Orthodox life with unique weekend experience, unlike any other.
The area: Geula neighborhood is located in an area that keeps the Sabbath and we ask our guests to respect their habits by wearing appropriately. Neighbors welcome our guests. The unique complex is located in a quite street near the trade area of Geula and variety of cheap stores.
