The apartment is on the upper floor of the house has two floors. There is one bedroom, bathroom and living room, dining room and kithcen in open space.There are two terraces (one with barbecue area) with view to the sea. The house is first row to the sea. It has two free parking places and modern interior. It is 8km far from Trogir and 34km from Split.Airport is 23km far away. The whole yard is for your use only, because there is no one else staying in the house.
The beach is just beneath the house. The nature is beautiful, but the hill is steep and free parking is on the top of the hill.

Why they chose this property
During the summer, I live in the house nearby in the same street and through the year, whenever I have free time, I love to return back, because the nature is nice and there are lots to see around (Trogir, Split, Šibenik, NP Krka)
What makes this property unique
Drinking coffe or tea on the terrace with a beutiful view is great. If the sea is warm enough, you can swimm practicaly in front of the house. You will get a good reest, because it is quite area.
