The house was clean and the bed comfortable. We provided our own linen and towels and would recommend bringing an extra blanket if morning temperatures are low as the house has summer weight doonas only. The house is directly opposite the beach and so just a short walk. We would recommend bringing food and provisions as the supermarket is a distance away. We enjoyed our stay and Corny Point is a great place to visit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is in an incredible location, with the beach right across the road. Property was very clean and very well stocked. Loved that our dogs could stay too!
A wonderful opportunity to get away for a family holiday and was great to be able to bring our little fur buddy. A quiet street, just a small walk down to the beach or drive up the road to hit the bigger waves at Berry Bay. Pack lots of food though as the pub was great but grocery options locally are limited. Be prepared to cook.
Photos on the site don't do this place justice, perfect for two families of two. Very clean and functional property, everything you need for a great York peninsula holiday.
Peaceful getaway on the esplanade at Corny Point SA. Easy living central to some short drives on Central and Southern York Peninsula. Relaxing short beach walks for a much needed break.
Excellent location and great value for money. Having a secured fenced yard all the way around the property gives pet owners piece of mind knowing animals are secure and safe. We will be back for a third visit when we can.
Geat location with level access to the beach. Excellent for pets
The home is exactly as described and is comfortable, neatly presented and well equipped for a beach stay. This property is one of a very few that has beachfront and allows pets with an approriately fenced secure yard. Great to have a stress free beach getway with pets without being prejudiced. We'll be back as soon as we can.

Uncomfortable
Not great value considering we had to bring linen and water.
The mattresses are very old, cheap and uncomfortable. No-one slept well. All had sore backs.
the most important element of a B&B is the bedding and it’s not that expensive or difficult to fix!!
Also the ladders for bunk beds are unsafe. They sit on rails and slide around. They need a clip or better arrangement so they don’t fall. We had a near miss accident with 3 year old granddaughter trying to climb down when ladder slipped off bed!! Could have been very serious.
No coffee table.
Positives; quiet location, great proximity to beach (water looked amazing, although beach was also uncomfortable with all the seaweed).

Thank you for reviewing the property and bringing concerns to our attention.
We have fixed the ladders for the bunk beds and there is now a coffee table.
Please note we do not advertise it to be a B&B property and linen is not provided as shown on website before booking.

The property was as advertised, it was fenced off well so my dog could go outside without concern. He had his bed under the window in the lounge so he had a view outside. The neighborhood is quiet and people friendly. The house was clean and tidy with all the comforts of home. Hosts were great to communicate with and accommodating. The beach walkway is directly across the road and minutes to the sand. It was perfect for the early morning and evening walks. It's in a great location so I went on a day trip to lower Yorke Peninsula one day one and around the local area and the day of checkout I drove along the coast to Moonta Bay and across to the freeway back home. Will definitely stay again in the future.
