The Space:
This is a two storey Townhouse in the trendy "Primaries" complex. 200m from the heart of Fremantle in one direction, where the hustle and bustle of the cafes and restaurants and bars await you. The other direction you will find yourself in South Fremantle with so much choice for dining and cafes.
Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms (balcony to master bedroom) and 1 bathroom containing the laundry area. Large open plan downstairs kitchen, dining and lounge area plus a small powder room.
There are 2 free car bays - not that you will need a car living so close to the centre of Freo. There is ample public transport.
The mixed materials in this Townhouse tie the new and old architecture together seamlessly - the corrugated iron in the master bedroom with the jarrah staircase and recycled brick with the terracotta tiles.
Glass doors and windows fill the East and West walls which allows the breeze of the Freo Doctor to cool you down.
WARNING: This apartment IS NOT suitable for young children as the railing on the staircase is not enclosed. This is a safety issue and we would rather be safer than sorry.
Washing Machine and Dryer in upstairs bathroom and small clothes line in the back courtyard.

This apartment is a fabulous location just out of the heart of Fremantle but a five-minute walk to the hustle and bustle of it all. You won’t need a car with the train station just a 20 min walk away. Close to a well- stocked supermarket in wray ave, you can walk get your morning paper coffee and a little bit of Fremantle local charm. Just a few minutes walk to Fremantle this is the perfect property to base yourself when exploring Perth
