This stunning private 3b/3b villa is located in a quiet area in the hills of Sosua. It is just 10 minutes by car to Sosua downtown with its busy nightlife and restaurants; it is also 15/20 minutes from Cabarete's Kite Beach. The main feature of this villa is its big covered terrace overlooking the large pool and tropical gardens. It has panoramic views of the ocean past the tropical trees which provides that added feeling of tranquillity. Its elevated position in the hills also benefits from cooling breezes all year round. The villa is best suited for couples and families.

Set over two floors, the Master Bedroom is reached by a spiral staircase and has a King bed, private shower room and toilet with a separate vanity sink area. It has its own private veranda and sitting area. The two other bedrooms downstairs are double bedrooms with twin beds (one with its own en suite).

The main living area is open planned with a well equipped kitchen. There is a fridge/freezer; microwave oven; coffee machine; and toaster - bottled water is also provided free of charge. It also has a TV, internet and free Wi-Fi and a writing desk space. All rooms have ceiling fans.

There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine. A BBQ is available for use. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac within electric security gates.

There is a 1 bedroom Casita to the villa which can also be rented together with the villa or separately at a cost of £35 per night - easily accommodating 2 people. (Please note there are no cooking facilities inside of the Casita). However, it has a fridge, shower room and TV.
