This spacious home will comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests, ideal family friendly accommodation. Consisting of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This stunning home offers 2 spacious living area’s, a large dining area that opens out to a 8x4 metre pool and outdoor entertaining area and BBQ facilities. (Please note the spa attached to the pool is not operational)

Central heating and evaporative air conditioning will ensure your stay is very comfortable.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, 600lt fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven and offers everything you need at your fingertips. Tea and coffee facilities also provided. The laundry comprises of a washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. The house is child friendly with loads of toys, games and books for the children to enjoy. Free Internet use.

The backyard comprises of a 12’ enclosed trampoline and a large children’s cubby house. There are many outside toys to entertain the children.
Safe secure parking with a double lockup garage with remote control.

This property is walking distance to Mildura Central Plaza. Perfect for families, large groups and ideal for corporate retreats. It boasts the very best in resort style living.

Week Ends Friday & Saturday Nights $270.00
Extra Guests : $50.00

Minimum guests during school holidays & peak time’s is 6 guests
Extra Bedroom Charges will apply if each adult is requiring a separate bedroom
Unused bedrooms will be locked off
