"Beaudesert Cottage is situated closeby to the main homestead of one of Mudgee's historic farming properties. It is superbly located between Mudgee & Gulgong, close to the Gooree Park Cellar Door.
“Beaudesert" was established in the early 1830's and continues to be a working sheep and cattle property today.
"Beaudesert Cottage" can be used as a base for discovering all the Mudgee region has to offer or simply stay and enjoy a hike to the top of the mountain for amazing views, feed the chooks, observe farm activities or stroll to the river, paddle the old boat, fish or pack a picnic and choose your favourite piece of the river and just relax.
"Beaudesert Cottage" is perfectly located for a day trip to the Dubbo Taronga Zoo, just ask for our "regulars" opinion on how to get get the most out of your zoo visit.
