this space is a sleep 2-4, w/ full new kitchen, bbq deck, private property.
EVERYTHING NEW

Past owner came from the Bronx,
Artie new the Team well, he also sold
Base Ball memorabilia many years!

I had the pleasure and honor of having cocktails with
Old Timer #56 Yankee Clete Boyer on the deck a number of times while we chatted about growing up in New York City going to the Yankee games and as I remembered all the Greats since I was a little boy....
What a great experience to see these guys hiding out on INDUCTION WEEK every year never thinking I would own the house that they would all hide out in there not to be chased by the cameras and the paparazzi!

If the walls could talk boy would we have some pretty cool information!

So come enjoy it like they did all
