Close to Paradise: Nestled on a ridge in the picturesque Barham River valley, just minutes from Apollo Bay, this brand-new house offers the ultimate retreat. A short drive from the township and the stunning Great Ocean Road, this property is ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Contemporary, stylish, and spacious, this home impresses from the moment you enter, with a stunning handcrafted dining table that seats 12. The expansive living and kitchen areas invite you to enjoy great food, fine wine, and good company. The kitchen features breathtaking views of the nearby mountains, where you can watch eagles soar by. Two large decks extend the living space outdoors, complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining area, perfect for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The main level boasts an open-plan living area with a wood fire and split system, three bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and a second lounge/kids' retreat equipped with entertainment features and two sets of bunk beds. A unique egg-shaped bath is the centerpiece of its own room, complemented by a separate bathroom, laundry, and powder room.
Downstairs, the master bedroom with en-suite offers privacy and comfort. Each bedroom showcases fantastic views of the surrounding Otways forest and majestic gums. With high-quality furnishings and meticulous design, this holiday rental ensures a memorable stay.

Beautiful property In the hills with lovey views. Birds are highlight feeding them In the morning. Some even come and eat out of your hand. Gorgeous house with beautiful kitchen and l room for everyone. Would recommend and will definately be staying there again

Fantastic scenery and outlook. It’s important to note that it’s recommended to have a 4wd.

Exceptional fir out in chef style kitchen. All the appliances and cookware to make a gourmet meal. Beds were comfortable and all had doors to the garden. The master suite is exceptional. The dining table is huge and it’s great to have 2 lounge rooms.

What a Spot!!

The property was absolutely awesome. Well above our expectations. Felt like we were living amongst the tree tops. The main room was awesome and huge with plenty of room to enjoy the wood fire. Bedrooms were great with heating in each room. Birdlife was wonderful to see. Couldn't fault the property or house itself, however, did feel the cleaning company wasn't as diligent as it could have been. Would definitely recommend to friends and return ourselves.

Eagle Ridge House and Environs Fabulous

The house was in every way suitable for the five of us, and many more would have has ample space. The beds and furniture were so comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped. And the garden and hillsides around were just amasing. I could have stayed in the Barham Valley each day, but of course went further westwards.

This place is stunning. Amazing views, excellent and functional house - a wonderful place for two or a large group. Exceeded expectations but the ground floor master suite is slightly musty and would benefit from a good airing.
