Each bedroom has a private full bathroom with granite counters and stone bath/shower. Private Jacuzzi with a view of the green belt next door will relax you after a day of skiing, snowboarding, sledding. The sled hill in our side yard will entertain your kids and we have sleds in the garage for you to use. The sun bright living and dining rooms boast a majestic fireplace and lovely views. The family/game room has another fireplace, a large 65" HD flat screen Smart TV, DVD player, and a pool table. The covered outside deck has a gas BBQ, private spa, and is professionally decorated with outdoor living patio furniture, white decorative lights.

The master bedroom has a king bed, three more bedrooms have king beds, the fifth bedroom has a queen bed, the sixth has a queen bedroom set and separate full size bunk bed with twin bed above. The seventh bedroom has a queen wall bed and home office. Five bedrooms have lovely views and all bedrooms have their own private bathroom.

Summer and Fall in Park City are as much fun as winter! Main Street bands and festivals, Deer Valley Resort Concerts, Zip Line, Alpine Slide, mountain and trail biking at the ski resorts, road biking paths all around the area, fishing, hiking, lake swimming, rent a boat, kayak, or jet ski on Jordanelle Reservoir 20 minutes close. Float down the Provo River in inner tubes and visit the state and national parks and Bridal Veil Falls nearby. Rent bicycles at White Pines Touring nearby, located right on the famous Rail Trail off street paved bike trail. Park City has many miles of safe and scenic bike trails, hiking trails, mountain bike trails with easy access bike rentals.
