This is the downstairs of a Queenslander style house . It has 2 private entrances with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen and laundry .

Our house next door is also Airbnb. The swimming pool is shared with all the guests.

This home can accommodate 7 people .

We live upstairs , should you require assistance, we are home most days and can help and guide you to a great stay or you can go your own way.

Private entrances front door and back door. If you need to interact we always contactable.

We are in a high residential area. No parties can be allowed. Noise must be restricted from 10pm.

A very comfortable stay

The property is well located and well stocked with crockery, cutlery, towels etc. Yummy and John were very helpful. We had a hectic schedule in Cairns so it was nice to get back to the house and relax

Unit was easy to access from the airport. Entry instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Unit was clean and stocked with breakfast beverages. Ground coffee would be preferable to instant, but not a deal breaker. Pool was a nice amenity. Washer and dryer a plus!

The owner of the property lives next door.

We booked based on the reviews written and I must admit I found them inaccurate. Place was large, clean, beds were comfortable, and was nice to have a kitchen again. But also it was an extremely noisy neighbourhood, on a main road with KFC and McDonalds on the corner. Upstairs was rented, or owners lived there, and they were loud late at night (could hear everything through the ceiling), the couch was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on, the aircon didn’t work in one bedroom, and the curtains in our room let in all the light. Wouldn’t take much to fix most of this though.

We were only able to enjoy the apartment for one evening as we were only in Cairns for one day, but it had all the amenities that we could have asked for. Everything was clean, up-to-date, and in good working order. The beds were also comfortable! It was close enough to the activities in downtown Cairns that we were able to walk there. If you are going to be in Cairns and need a place to stay, we would recommend this apartment to anyone even families!
