A lovely townhouse

We had a fantastic stay here. The kitchen was luxe and also great appliances in the laundry. Loved the styling of the apartment, very bright and comfortable. The furniture was also really nice. We loved the cafes and beach at Scarborough. Didn't really want to leave!!

After years of travel to different parts of the world and enjoying what BNB's had to offer, I originally decided to set my home in Perth up as a short-stay and share it when I was away working. This progressed to a love of hosting and making peoples (especially families) holidays hassle-free and memorable. I have turned the Perth property into a full time BNB, and have expanded to also include a waterfront home on the Sunshine Coast.

Why they chose this property

My love of surfing, the beach and the coastal lifestyle initially led me to purchase the home to live in, as it's so close to Scarborough Beach. It's also very close to many good restaurants, bars and shopping. There's a large dog friendly park 100m away, with and AFL and cricket ground, lawn bowls, a tennis club, yoga, a playground and a sportsman's club.

What makes this property unique

The house is private and very secure. It's close to beaches, and many options for restaurants, bars and shopping. The house is modern with high quality furniture and appliances. Lock-up double garage parking. Indoor outdoor living with an al fresco patio/ barbecue area and an upstairs balcony. 50m to nearest public transport. 100m to large park, lawn bowls, tennis playground and sportsmans club.
