Songbird Lodge near Surfers Paradise Pet friendly with Excellent Air conditioning a Luxurious 3 bedroom Lodge with a beautiful wrap around covered veranda with some privacy screens and pretty fenced and lawned garden.

Songbird has that WOW factor it is a delightful luxurious little house, all to yourself offering the best value for money for it's size and location. It's beautifully presented, spacious inside, fully equipped home from home, and super Clean! Set in a pretty little garden looking over to the forest in the corner, in a quiet leafy family suburb. Single full driveway has a single Carport, which is gated.

So close and convenient to the beach, great shopping nearby in both directions, and all the Gold Coast attractions are close by and easy to get to. Seaworld is nearby, and easy access to freeway to get to other Theme parks.

Just a step back from busy Surfers Paradise, a short drive to the Beach, the nearest being Regatta parade which is just 2ks away, walking distance to the trendy upmarket Ferry Road Markets and the Brickworks Centre, and a short drive to the Gold Coast Arts Centre now know as HOTA, Chevron Island, and 7 to 10 Minute drive to Surfers Paradise Beach at the Esplanade with plenty of free parking, and a quick drive to Broadwater Parklands (ask us for the short cut). So Central to everything on the Gold Coast.

It really is gorgeous ! The detached private lodge has a large wrap around covered deck and verandah overlooking a neat, small garden and lawn behind a white picket fence. Tastefully landscaped with shrubs, pavers and stone with a good sized lawn.

This is a family neighborhood, there are neighboring properties, however we cannot control activities on neighboring properties.
It is in a family suburb so No noise after 9pm no check in's after 8pm.
We do have a monitored security and neighbors who will inform us of any unacceptable activity.

We update our rates regularly according to seasonal demand, your booking is subject to confirmation of the rates with the owner. The Pet surcharge is $40 per stay and this partially covers our extra costs in allowing your fur kidz to stay. If you are planning to bring your Pet you do need approval from the owner first, Pets are accepted with prior arrangement with the owner only, pets are not permitted on beds or furniture. Pet terms and conditions apply, we ask you to be respectful of our home and clean up thoroughly after your pets prior to check out. Please take your pet to the parlor before coming to stay.

Christmas, No Weekly/Monthly discounts on these peak periods. We don't accept gaps during this period so please contact us first to check your dates, prior to booking your dates. We have minimum nights requirements which means these dates may not show up in your search so do ask.

We do have 2 beautiful neighboring properties if this one isn't available we are happy to offer the other one if your dates are free all bookings will be processed through VRBO/Homeaway/Stayz websites. We always meet and greet.

Why they chose this property

Southport is unbelievably convenient to everything on the coast, no other suburb is that close to everything. Both of my cottages have the most welcoming atmosphere, traditional white weatherboard cottages giving you that real Queenslander feel, they are full of character, and set up to ensure that you get the most from your stay, they are holiday homes that add to the whole experience. The cottage is more traditional and bright and fun, and the lodge is new and fresh with a good dose of luxury.

What makes this property unique

Home from home and some ! We have tried to think of everything.

You are independent, each home is completely detached, with own driveway, and gardens. There might be cheaper options out there but they rarely compete with the value for money we offer. The gardens are small but they really are in a lovely setting. So suitable for those who want a quiet suburb, the neighborhood is generally quiet, so you should bear that in mind when booking.
