Hospital District Perfect for Travel Nurses

We do not charge any added cleaning or admin fees.

Only a short walk or drive from the medical district and Medi Park. 2 bed 1 bath home with 2 car covered parking.

We provide everything you need for your home away from home. This house is perfect for travel nurses, therapists and doctors.

High Speed Wifi, Cable TV, HBO, HULU, Apple TV, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video provided for free. Living room has 55" smart TV and each bedroom has a 40" smart TV.

30 night minimum, contact us before booking 13 week stays for pricing and options. All reservation alterations to shorten a stay require a 30 day notice. If less than 30 days notice is given, payment for 30 days from the notice date is required even if some dates are unused. Any nights we are able to book to another guest will be refunded.

This is one of our newest listings, but we have been Premier Partners and Super Hosts since 2012, we have 11 listings and over 500 Five Star reviews, a hand full of Four Star and Zero - Three, Two or One Star Reviews. We cater to long term stays for travel nurses and other business travelers, but also offer short term stay options at several of our homes.
