The Space:
Located in a quiet residential area this townhouse apartment is a short walk from Queenstown center. It’s far away enough from the hustle and bustle of our busy tourist town - great for that special holiday, personal downtime from work, or for planning the next big business project. This space is ideal for families, friends, & work colleagues.

All our furniture and art we selected ourselves in celebration of the colours that represent Queenstown. We’ve also ensured our home and furniture was designed for maximum comfort and relaxation.
BEDROOMS:
On the ground floor is where you’ll find the 2 bedrooms opposite one another. The master bedroom is spacious and furnished with a comfortable Super King bed. On either side of the bed are tables to rest your books, phones, and other items you’d like to have within reach. There’s also sufficient storage for your other belongings in the wardrobe to the side and wall mounted SMART Samsung TV.
The second bedroom is slightly cosier, with a queen-sized bed, bedside lights, plenty of storage space and a wall-mounted SMART Samsung TV. A large window overlooks a spacious lawn and gardens.
Both rooms are extremely well-lit and fully heated. To ensure you get hours of uninterrupted sleep, the beds are fitted with luxury bed linen and electric blankets.
(All baby items i.e. portable baby cot, high chair, bath etc are available and complimentary. However, they must be requested at the time of booking, as they are not stored at the house and cannot be provided last minute)
BATHROOM:
The shared main bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a bath and overhead shower. Complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. There are power outlets available for shaving and for a hairdryer (provided). The heated towel rail and wall heater will keep you warm and toasty no matter the weather outside. Luxury towels are available for your use and the separate “water closet” (toilet) ensures that there is enough room available for every guest.
LOUNGE:
You’ll find the lounge and kitchen on the first floor. The spacious lounge is open, has a high ceiling and ample room for entertaining and seating for large groups. The floor to ceiling windows ensures plenty of light enters the space and provides views of the mountain and lake from your living room.
For those evenings where you just want to relax or enjoy more intimate moments, the room lighting can also be adjusted. The room has a large UHDMI SMART Samsung TV with complimentary Netflix. The comfortable sofa can be transformed into a queen bed for additional bed space too.
KITCHEN:
We love everything about food and preparing it. Our kitchen is clean, functional, and fully equipped with everything you’ll need to produce a gourmet meal. The round dining table ensures the perfect social experience for guests. It’s a great space to share food and make memories with family and friends.
Our kitchen includes a microwave, electric oven, stove, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger and all crockery, cutlery, and utensils you would need. We do not provide food. We provide basic spices, as well as complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. A small grocery and basic liquor store are just a 3-minute walk away too.
OUTSIDE SPACE:
You can relax and enjoy beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the first-floor private balcony adjoining the lounge. With a sunrise cup of tea or a sunset glass of wine, this great space is the perfect spot to take in the fresh air.
The ground floor private courtyard is a fabulous area containing luxury private spa -hot tub. Use is strictly limited to 8.00 AM until 8.00 PM due to operating rules. The covered deck area will also keep you dry on those occasional rainy days if relaxing with a book.
The gardens of the townhouse complex are large, immaculate and well maintained. Positioned with stunning views, a small children's park is available just across the road for the little ones to expend their excess energy. In this area is also a large new public barbecue.

Guest Access:
You have sole use of the entire property. The townhouse has its own private entrance and private covered parking for one vehicle. There is also free shared parking within the complex for one additional vehicle if needed.
The Neighborhood:
Alpine Meadows is a residential area with amazing wide views overlooking the Remarkable mountains, Wakatipu lake, across to Kingston. Elevated from lake level, it offers incredible views and an amazing scenic experience if you walk into town. (Great photo opportunities)
A local grocery/liquor store, good Italian restaurant and bar, fish & chip shop are all within 3 minutes walk.
A children's outdoor playground 3 minutes walk away, offers possibly some of the best panoramic views from any playground!
Getting Around:
At the end of our street and directly opposite is a bus stop. It is a 5-minute ride into central Queenstown.
Alternatively, a taxi is a cost-effective way to travel locally. Uber is also available in Queenstown. Our own experience of both is very positive!
Other Things to Note:
The spa is for your private use. It is not to be in used after 8.30 pm and before 8.0am due to council regulations and body corporate rules.
Failure to abide by these rules will result in loss of deposit.
In the event spa facilities require additional non standard cleaning due to inappropriate use, these additional cleaning and servicing charges will be passed onto the guest in full.

After your booking has been confirmed, we will message you with full details of our check-in procedure.
We can arrange to greet you on arrival to make sure you have everything you need, to give you details on how things work in the house and offer some friendly tips and ideas for your holiday. If helpful, we can arrange a meeting after check-in to answer any additional questions about the property or the surrounding area, but that is at your discretion. We fully understand that some travelers want to socialize with their hosts and ask for advice, while others wish to switch off and settle in.
