Vineyard House - Gumeracha

Self Contained 1880's Local Stone cottage - 4 bedrooms - maximum 8 guests.

Please note the house is rented as one but for 2 people, one bedroom will be supplied. For 3 or 4 people then 2 bedrooms are supplied - with 2 bathrooms. For 5 or 6 people 3 bedrooms, and for 7 or 8 people 4 bedrooms. If you wish to have one person per bedroom, please choose the number of people to reflect the number of bedrooms required, as above. The other bedrooms will be locked.

Lounge room has open Fire Place, wood provided. Rural views.

1 ensuite and 1 main Bathroom/toilet including Claw Foot Bath. 4 separate bedrooms.

Carefully restored and fitted with today's modern comforts but retaining the charm of yesteryear.

Non Hosted accommodation gives you privacy - Breakfast Provisions supplied.

Peaceful rural setting with small vineyard alongside, paddocks and Cellar door.

Australian Gums, gorgeous Ornamental & deciduous Trees, Fruit Trees consisting of Figs, Walnut, Citrus.

Beautiful views from the front Verandah and private rear patio setting with large tuscan stone table under pergola. BBQ area.

Approx. 45 minutes Scenic drive from Adelaide through scenic Adelaide Hills. Only 30 minutes from the Barossa Valley, The Vineyard Cottage is conveniently located for touring this beautiful part of Australia. A taste of Tuscany in the Adelaide Hills.

Idyllic rural setting - set off road, driveway in from 198c Torrens Valley Road, Gumeracha. between the 4 metre tall stone pillars and see the Mt Bera sign inside.

Our Mt Bera Cellar Door and Restaurant is open Thursday to Sunday for lunch or tastings, and Friday and Saturday nights.

Personality

spent some very christmas days in this house, which besides being comfortable is very well located, sufficiently close to everything and at the same time outside from the city. Owners concern for the detail were much appreciated. I hope this time will not take 10 years to return to Australia, and that the house is available on our next visit.

It was a beautiful property all the girls would definitely come back.

The property was absolutely beautiful, stunning views both sunset and sunrise we all enjoyed our weekend, the only thing was the cottage was cold unable to use heating system the girls thought was unfair as night was very cold but we stoked up the fire which was good but the heat didn't make to the rooms and we didn't have enough for wood left there when we noticed at midnight and thought to late to ring but we found some in the end so that would be the only negative the rest was so positive we had a ball and we would definitely recommend staying there to anyone. Thankyou Greg you have a Beautiful B&B. Vicki and the Medievil ladies. 😁

Once again a great weekend, Love Greg's property perfect spot great sunsets and sunrises for pics or just to gaze with a cocktail/coffee. Perfect spot for us to go where we needed easy access to the Adelaide hills attractions. Quite location but able to have a good time, neighbours are good. A place we keep wanting to come back to got the heating sorted this time "PERFECT" in fact. Defiantly Love this property well worth he stay. Thanks again Greg love your home.
