With a sophisticated atmosphere, the house provides comfort, comfort and harmony in all its environments, comfortably accommodating 15 people, being available 9 more seats for an extra, and can accommodate up to 24 people. We are PET FRIENDLY. It has a private garage for 4 cars, in addition to the vacancies available in the condominium, private helipad and a terrace overlooking the beach of Geribá and lagoon of Buzios.

The outdoor environment has swimming pool, changing room, bathroom, 3 showers, bar, barbecue and wood oven for pizza, equipped with all their utensils, ice machine and pool towels. There is an 8-seater table, perfect for lunch or dinner by the pool, with the simplest and finest crockery available for use and a 4-seater ombrelone. The laundry area has a laundry room with washer, dryer, utility room, refrigerator, bedroom with bunk bed and air conditioning and bathroom.

The interior has 6 charming and elegant suites, 1 double master, all with air conditioning and TV, bath and face towels and bedding, plus extra sheets and blankets. 5 suites also have ceiling fans and those on the second floor have large balconies, especially the master, with a beautiful view of Geribá Beach.
