A little gem amongst the high rise

Bright comfortable apartment with everything you could wish for making it a very comfortable stay for the two of us for 3 nights. Location is very central for both the beach, shops, restaurants and light railway. We felt very at home, thank you.

My wife Tracie and I recently retired from full time work in the real estate industry. We can now use all our people skills in assisting our guests to enjoy their holiday time at our resort apartment. We love to travel a lot and enjoy meeting new people.

Why they chose this property

We renovated the property completely in 2016, after owning it since 2007. The position of the resort is fantastic, so close to the beach, public transport, restaurants, cafes and bars, yet far enough away from the noise and bustle of the nightclub precinct. We recently set about renovating the common facilities, including the pool, new sun lounges and umbrellas, secure gated entry, and new Gym

What makes this property unique

Boutique building of only 45 apartments, all new facilities with gentle waterfalls cascading through the tropical gardens. Such a quiet and relaxing place so close to the beach, and unlike many hi rise buildings where you are competing for pool space and forever waiting for lifts.
