On ground level you will find 3 bedrooms. Master suite contains king size bed, air conditioning and ensuite containing large bath. This room opens to its own private balcony. The second bedroom contains queen size bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 sets of bunk beds. There is also a TV room on this level as well as the main bathroom with European laundry.

The first floor has commanding views over Macmasters and Copacabana beaches. On this level you will find the formal lounge with fireplace, dining and stunning kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and gas cooking. These rooms flow to the large undercover entertainment area, which provides views to the Ocean.

Macmasters Beach is located on the Bouddi Peninsula on NSW Central Coast. It is rated as one of the top one hundred surf beaches in Australia. Adjacent to the Surf Club is a tidal swimming pool, which is suitable for young children. Older children can swim at the beach between the flags, but be sure to supervise them as the surf can get rough.
