A flexible family home in a superb location, Amelia on Barrington offers the space and adaptability for an extended family getaway. Take full advantage of this fabulous position with a 5 minute flat walk to Terrigal beach via access pathway. Park your car in the garage, you won`t be needing it. Cafes and shopping are all within walking distance. This two-storey townhouse features two living spaces with a fresh country/coastal feel throughout. The sun drenched upper level features a modern kitchen, living space, dining and balcony, while downstairs you will find a rumpus room, kitchenette, and dining. Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed, while bedroom 2 has a double. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. Bedroom 4 has a double bed, while bedroom 5 has a single bed and two-way ensuite.

*Living space upstairs contains a plasma TV, DVD player, Foxtel, Netflix, split system air conditioning
*Main kitchen contains fridge, dishwasher, electric cook top; kitchenette contains fridge

Lovely big house with lots of space and amenities. Short walk to shops and beach. Quiet street. We loved the shade sail on the upstairs balcony and overall enjoyed our stay. However the cleanliness of the home really let the place down as we had to clean the dust off any horizontal surface, wash all the dishes and get rid of the dog hair from the floors/rugs, lounges and beds before we could relax and enjoy the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amelia on Barrington . One of the most well equipped houses I have ever stayed at The floor plan is perfect for two groups of people . Could not fault the rooms in design and functionality Overall a house we would all come back to and would reccommend to others .

Unfortunately the pictures of the inside of the home were taken years ago the furniture was different and much older. The remote for the second garage did not work therefore we could not get the second car garaged and could not access boards in the garage. The rug in the lounge room looked dirty and was covered in pet hair. The hinge on the kitchen cupboard was broken and damaged the next cupboard. Cobwebs on the outside windows and more. The location was good but the house was not up to standard. Saved hard to have holiday. Feel entitled to a refund of some of what I paid as this house was definitely not of the standard advertised.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. Definitely not the standard expected for the cost to stay at this property. There were cockroaches in wardrobe and on mats. There was a urine stained quilt in the master wardrobe. Carpet in wardrobes was not vacuumed. Windows and sliding door frames were difficult to open and close as the tracks needed cleaning. Build up of dust and mess under living room furniture.The photos of the property online are not a true reflection of the cleanliness. I understand wear and tear but this property needs a thorough clean. The only positive aspect of this property was the location to the centre of Terrigal.

great location, home away from home

This was located a walk away from the beach and shops. It had a great view. It was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. We brought our own linen and towels but you can choose to have it provided with extra payment. There was an upstairs and downstairs living area with a smaller kitchen downstairs compared to the full kitchen upstairs and also a study. We are more than happy to stay in this place again.

Spacious holiday home

The house was in a great location...easy walking distance to Terrigal beach and shops. The separate accommodation upstairs and down....is great for families ( especially with young children). Owners had made nice touches to the home and interior.

Property was well set up, with all requirements thought of. Very spacious. Close enough to beach and shops for easy access. All things within control of owner were very good indeed. Louts in neighbourhood shouting at 4am were unhelpful, as was noise from next door places during day, when babies were trying to sleep. Latter would not be a problem for most people.
