Welcome to The Woodrow! Please enjoy our beautiful newly renovated 6 bedroom home. The Woodrow has been around since 1915 with 1700 sq ft. Our home offers a spacious living area and open kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom is equipped with a keurig machine, tv, writing desk, and a comfortable bed. Feel free to use our gym room and get a nice workout in. For guests enjoying longer stays, washer and dryer are located in the basement free of charge.

Sleep just feet away from the Motown Museum, where legends Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, and The Temptations recorded music.

This home is in walking distance to Henry Ford Hospital, minutes from the Detroit Institute of Arts, the Fisher Theater, and Wayne State University.

Midtown and Corktown are just a few miles away and host some of Detroit's best restaurants and bars.

We are close to Ford Field, Comerica Park, and Little Caesar's arena. 8-10 minute drive.

Qline is located less than a mile east of the property. This takes you north and south of Woodward Ave.

Perfect home base to explore Detroit!

This home was the perfect place to stay for our group of friends to explore Detroit: well equipped with amenities, ample parking, walking distance to the Motown museum, and 10 minute drive to anywhere downtown. Host is communicative and offered clear check in & check out instructions. We had no issues at all during our weekend. We loved visiting Detroit again, thank you for hosting us!

New Years Eve stay

We loved this house and location. Our NYE concert was canceled last minute but we made the most of it by staying in and playing games. The house was spacious and clean. Gregory responded quickly and left clear instructions for check-in and check out.

In town for the Garth concert

Perfect house for our concert weekend. Plenty of space and fun, tasteful Motown decor. Large kitchen was just right for our brunch on Sunday! Thank you for a great stay!
