We had a really good time! I wish there was a tv downstairs as my mom could not climb the stairs, and we all didn’t want to sit in the bedroom and watch tv. We say lots of animals. Super quiet place. Master bed is a little hard but the other beds are comfortable!

We stayed as a family of 4 and everything was exactly as described. The place was clean, well-maintained, and accurately represented in the listing photos and details.Host communication was excellent, responsive, clear, and helpful throughout. The home came well-stocked with a good supply of kitchen essentials, laundry supplies, and bath items, which made the stay much more convenient.On hot days (one day was 85 in Alto), the upstairs can get warm. The downstairs stays very cool and comfortable.Would stay again. 5 stars across the board for accuracy, cleanliness, host communication, and overall value.

Perfect relaxing trip before holidays

Property offered everything I had hoped for, plus interior Christmas decorations that my family loved, even a decorated Christmas tree. Lots of tree coverage with expanse deck space , out door fireplace and spa provided for a relaxing and very enjoyable outdoor family fun. Home was very well furnished with a comfortable recliner in the great room. Towels and linens were soft, clean and of high quality. Home was very clean, organized, well furnished and comfortable for my family of 7. This kitchen had everything you need to cook great meals, we baked several pies. The owner, Mario, offered timely communication, was extremely helpful and a great host. I highly recommend this place and will return.

Beautiful home. Truly enjoyed our stay. Nice big back deck. Hot tube was great. Kitchen well equipped. Easy access in and check out. Stairs quite steep so I wouldn’t want to stay with small children or older folks.

Great cozy home!

This home was a perfect home away from home, our family enjoyed the beautiful views, the hot tub, the cozy fireplace and the deer right in the backyard. Not to mention the location was great, only a two minute drive to the Ruidoso winter park for snow tubing. Mario was also a very responsive host, we will definitely be back for a future stay!

Hallmark Movie Christmas

My family (parents, two daughters, aunt and friend) stayed here over Christmas and we absolutely loved it! The check in was easy and Mario is very responsive with any questions we had. The house is gorgeous and was decked out in holiday decor - we kept saying we feel like we're in a hallmark Christmas movie. The hot tub is a perfect area to watch the deer (we saw horses and elk too!) and the upstairs living room is cozy. Love love love this property!

Amazing cabin! Perfect family vacation!

We loved our stay! The property has everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. It is beautifully decorated, beds and furniture are very comfortable. Everything was clean and well stocked. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he went out of the way to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you Mario! A little gem

This is a cozy little gem. Everything was excellent. The bedrooms were well appointed and the bathrooms very spacious. The kitchen Had all we needed and good counter space. The living area in front of the fireplace was our favorite at night. We enjoyed the large deck and hot tub even getting to see wild horses and hand feed mule deer. The stairs from the kitchen to the living area are narrow which may be a problem for older or younger ppl. We had no problems. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Ski Vacation

This property was everything that was advertised and more. Well decorated, well provisioned, and located close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. Only issue we had was with the Nest thermostat that had a mind of its own. LOL. The owners were super accomodating and would have helped with this if we had asked. Very nice place to stay for a family!
