Your Modern Villa is in the perfect location, a short flat walk to the Beautiful Noosa River and the Iconic Hasting Street where you will be blown away with Restaurant choices and exclusive boutiques. Hasting Street Main Beach a short stroll to where you can lie on the beautiful white sandy Beach and cool off in the Blue waters of Lagoon Bay.

This beautiful one bedroom villa is the ultimate escape for couples. The sparkling Pool is exclusive to your unit.

Once you have arrived and check in to your Villa there is no need to use your vehicle. You have over 50 Restaurants of your choice with well known Chiefs to cater for your every need. There is so much to keep you busy in Noosa its just whether you have time, I recommend that at least one day you spend on the Noosa River whether its a picnic on the foreshores, or hire a boat and explore the Sandy Beach or simply House the spot the rich and the famous houses on the river with picnic hamper. Noosa is the gateway to Fraser and double Island a lovely day trip, there is so much to offer our guests.

Fabulous Noosa Retreat

Wonderful little apartment with all the amenities you could want and your own pool. Anne and Greg couldn’t have been kinder hosts offering helpful advice and ensuring we had everything we needed. Super comfy bed, reclining couch, and poolside beanbed made it so relaxing. Bus stops are very handy to the property although Hastings Street is just a 15 minute walk away.

Perfect short stay in Noosa

Beautifully presented and comfortable one bedroom unit with private pool. Anne is a lovely host and provides plenty of info on things to do in Noosa. We really enjoyed our mini break. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a lovely three night stay in Anne’s Studio. Nice bright accommodation which was spotless. Good quality bed linen and such a comfy bed. Having the private pool was amazing. Anne is such a great host and a really lovely person.

Three nights in Noosa

We loved our stay in Anne’s apartment, which was beautiful, spacious and airy. The pool was lovely, even when it rained but when the sun shone the following day, it was magical. Close to Noosa Heads - we definitely hope to come back one day :)
