A spacious contemporary ONE LEVEL pristine home with an abundance of natural light and a fully fenced rear private yard.
Positioned within 700 m (7 minute stroll) to one of the Sunshine Coast's best 'beach secrets' - Sunrise Beach. Check in time: 3:00 pm Check out time: 10:00 am
Sunrise Beach:
Whether you wish to walk hand in hand on the sand, play with your dog on a lead free beach or take the kids for a play in the pristine sand, Sunrise Beach is a wonderful destination.
Check out the local cafe for great coffee & breakfast.
The Home Space:
We have accomodation for 1- 6 people.
We love hosting couples or families/friends looking to have a relaxing vacation - easily and comfortably in our expansive private space.
We are clean, contemporary and made for chilling.
With 3 gracious living spaces (lounge/family & outdoors) there's room to hang out together or have some privacy.
Decorated in soothing natural white & blues, with high sweeping ceilings in the living area, laminated timber & tiles throughout; DBH is designed for 'bunkering in' and winding down. Not just indoors: the private space outdoors & around the pool area will have you lounging and chilling for hours.
With a large central fully equipped 'Chef's Kitchen', Weber BBQ space, deep pool, 3 separate bedrooms & 3 uncluttered living spaces; our home is spacious enough for you all to stretch out & chill. Reverse AC in all bedrooms & main lounge/dining area.
If you need to work - we have 2 bedrooms with desks or a dining table space.
The bedrooms are well positioned for privacy.
In addition to being refreshed with indoor paint job, new plush & memory foam beds, upgraded flooring, new lounge room 75" smart TV, new master bedroom 40" Smart TV, new kitchen appliances, hardwired fire alarms & new window furnishings & enhanced professional cleaning practices in place.

BINS: We use a bin service to take bins to & from the curb. On the chance that a service might be missed, we’d appreciate it if guests could please ensure to take rubbish/recycling/green BINS to curb FRIDAY am when you’re in residence.
Look to neighbours for bin colour.
Ambiance:
If you love your sunsets - grab a glass of wine & watch the hinterlands paint an amazing picture. At night - the sky is full of stars and the constellations are easy to pick out.
It's wonderful to take a moment & enjoy the big sky.
Pets:
Pre registration for pet required.
Please provide your 'doggie details' if traveling with your loved pet.
Dogs that like to wander indoors are permitted HOWEVER they do not have access to pool and aren't allowed on the furniture. If your doggie likes to sit with you, please bring a sheet/s to cover the sofa/s.
Any fur found on the furniture will be photographed if extra cleaning time or damage has occured.
Fully fenced backyard - great for pets and kids.
NOTE: Pets not permitted to be left alone on our property inside or outside. Please ensure you take your pet with you when you go out.
Any barking from fretting pups may be cause for a complaint to be registered with the Noosa Council. This may result in you being charged for a call out visit by our security people.
Please give me a call if there's anything you wish to discuss about our pet rules.
Cleaning:
The property is professionally cleaned between bookings. The towels and bed linen are professionally laundered & hand wash, shower soap and dishwashing liquid/dishwasher tabs & laundry powder are provided.
Laundry:
Separate laundry room with washer & dryer. Large laundry line at rear.
Guests must comply with the 'Noosa Council Short Stay Let' code of conduct and our general house rules.
Only registered booked guests are allowed on the property.
Noise must be brought indoors between 10:00 pm -7:30 am & guests agree to be respectful of the quiet neighbourhood space.
Never leave your dog unattended at our property.
No Parties:
We must point out in plain language that parties / gatherings are prohibited.
Please don’t request a booking if you're traveling for ‘Bucks, Hens, Schoolies' or with groups who intend to party.
Minimum booking of 5 nights:
Xmas period & Easter Holidays
Minimum 3 nights:
School Holidays & Noosa Triathlon
Parking:
Access to exclusive use of driveway for parking. Parking also available on front grass verge.
Garage is not available nor accessible to guests.
No camper vans or caravans are to be used on the property.
Home Sensor - Minut:
We have a non invasive, non recording, noise, temperature and motion security sensor device installed @ DWBH. It is set at decibel level for our maximum guest number of 6. It detects noise and motion, monitors fire alarms, temperature levels & humidity levels, all while respecting our guests privacy. If the house is compromised, the app contacts us and we in turn can alert our guests immediately if there is an issue.
Booked Guests only:
Max 6 people. If you'd like to add a guest to your original booking, please give me a call & we'll organise a new rate to reflect your additional guests/s. Additional guests over 2 are $35 per person, per night
Bedrooms not booked will be locked.
Baby Equipment:
We direct our guests to a local service provider/s for a direct price outside your holiday tariff.
