This apartment was a great base for me to spend 8 days visiting my son in Sydney. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable with lots of local amenities available. Will definitely stay again.
Apartment was excellent. Shampoo/conditioner, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder were all provided. Plenty of powerpoints.Instructions for accessing the apartment were confusing and it was tricky accessing the lockbox to find the key. It would have been helpful to know that we needed the fob with the key to access the building after hours (because we were only provided one key, we left it in the lockbox each time we went out separately).
Great location. Pool and sauna were an asset. The equipment in the property was very 'tired': needs new cooker and hob, mismatched crockery and glasses, rather tatty cutlery, mats and utensils. Kitchen cupboards were also very tatty, as were bath and fitments, with a towel rail falling off. Washing machine and tumble drier were useful. The bed was comfortable.
Property is clean and simple - it isn't fancy but it did the job: somewhere to rest and wash, and cook a meal. Pool/spa accecss is great also. Probably the best thing is the location - particularly if you have kids - as it's a short walk to either Darling Harbour and the food/kids play areas and the Light Rail. Would stay here again for sure.
Peter was very prompt & responsive with communications, from first booking to check out. The apartment is located within an easy 10 min stroll to the ferry at Pyrmont Bay or 15/20 mins over Pyrmont bridge to the rail station and the street was quiet during the night. Even in the daytime, there is not a huge amount of traffic. The shower is over a bath, which was fine for us but accessibility for less mobile people would be an issue. Apartment was clean (appliances are spotless!), bed is comfortable, good linen. A small supply of tea, coffee & milk are available as a starter. We stayed 3 nights, so had to purchase a milk & coffee top up. There is also a small satchel supply of clothes washing liquid to get you started. No balcony, but the window does open to allow fresh air inside. Interesting historical complex, a mix of privately owned apartments and Oaks hotels accommodation. Whilst we didn’t use the pool/spa facilities, they are good too. Our uber ride to the Sydney T2 domestic terminal cost a reasonable 27 when we checked out. The rail system is easy to use as well, but we preferred not to have to carry our bags to catch it that’s all. Thanks Peter
We were in Sydney for NYE this apt is a great base and close to Darling Habour.

Fairly good location.
You have to use the hotel elevator and go to level 2 to access the apt. It had extra pillows but no pillow cases and no beach towels. Cups were cracked and dirty.

Comfortable
Good, but could pay attention to details, really good kitchen
Not flashy but clean, comfortable and in a great location
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a great location near light rail and ferry stops.
My only suggestions for improvement would be letting incoming guests know that access is either through the Oaks Hotel if using the front entrance or through the fourth storey of an adjoining carpark if arriving by light rail.
Overall though a very comfortable apartment at a very affordable price for the area.
Great historical connection to early Sydney as well.

Well located for easy moving around the city. Only real negative was sound of people coming & going in next door apartment and foot traffic above. Dishwasher malfunction on short cycle.

Convenient location and space in a fun historic building
sRental company graciously allowed us an early check-in, which was very appreciated.Kitchen had most everything we needed for snacks and small meals.Tall ceilings, lots of natural light. Close to where we needed to be.Amenities mostly as described, easy to call a taxi from the lobby once you learned the trick..-sWalked in to find personal items strewn about. Owner was using the unit. When he returned to gather his items I asked him to take the wet swimsuits hanging in the vestibule. He ignored me but returned later to take them without alerting us (creepy as they were directly outside the bedroom window). Very offputting, but not the rental company's fault.Loud! Several highway ramps and a large hostel directly outside, every sound from the hallway, upstairs, and next door units inside.1 TINY garbage can for the ENTIRE unit and no extra garbage bags for a 5-night stay!?!Bedroom poorly set up, no stand on one side of bed for glasses or phone, bedframe so close to the door, stubbed toes are guaranteed. (Some) bathroom tiles so slick (even when dry) we both tweaked muscles sliding on them. Venting pushed and amplified sound into the bedroom, so no sound privacy if someone is in the bedroom.Couch bolsters rolled off if more than 1 person sat on it (no arms).Took 3 days to figure out the TV - instructions would have been helpful for foreigners. Same for washer/dryer.This info could be in a Welcome book along with other info helpful for people not local to the area.

Comfortable and convenient
Older style spacious unit with good facilities for self contained cooking and sleeping. Easy access to Darling Harbour. Reasonable value for exorbitant Sydney area.
