This 3 bedroom home in West Tamworth will ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Three bedrooms, 2 with queens and third with double. All bedding new with pillow top mattress.

1 bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.

Clean and well presented with quality furnishings.

Light breakfast supplied, comprising of tea/coffee, fresh bread, butter, an assortment of condiments, cereal (2 types), milk and free range farm fresh eggs (from our local property).

Split system heating and cooling in the lounge and master bedroom. Additional heating provided for other areas. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms for the warmer months.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and oven.

Living area with TV/DVD, lounge (sofa bed).

Free WIFI

Well equipped laundry with ironing facilities and washing powder.

BBQ facilities.

Very clean, they have thought of everything you might need. Beds are so comfortable and the whole house has been decorated so nicely! Can’t beat the location (we were staying for sporting events) and Sarah was very easy to communicate with and so very helpful! Highly recommend.

What a Wonderful place to stay. The beds are comfortable, everything SPARKLING clean. Special touches like fresh flowers, eggs, long life milk bread and butterLaundry everything you need for a relaxed holiday, to top that off our dogs were welcome as well. Very comfortable stay

Check in was super easy. Unique little house with beautifully style decor. Small little things like bread and milk were also supplied . Every little thing we needed was there . Comfy Cottage

Lovely little cottage within a short drive to town. Well equipped (although not much hanging space for us 5 adults). Very clean and comfortable. Only disappointment being my husband and I took our bicycle helmets to explore the area, but unfortunately the bikes didn't look very roadworthy. Well stocked amenities and very friendly management with great communication

Lovely house in excellent location

Three adult friends and their dogs stayed in this lovely, very comfortable house. Loved that it was dog friendly and had a fenced yard. Excellent location, walk across the road to the club for dinner. One bedroom is quite a bit smaller than the other two. Nice to have light breakfast provided.

Great Location

Lovely little house with lots of character, location was great. We stayed here for two nights whilst we explored Tamworth. There is a fantastic little spot out the back where there are two chairs and a table and we sat there in the afternoon sun, was brilliant! The bed was super comfy, and the room we stayed in was lovely. We had a great stay!

Cosy and comfortable

The house was spotlessly clean and the little extras, like tea, coffee and condiments, were a nice touch. The yard was dog proof and the kitchen was well equipped.

Helpful suggestions

Property needs a shaded outdoor seating area. Taps in bathroom were very hard to turn off. Needs a bigger dining table. Blinds on bedroom windows need to be wider to block the lights out. There were a few large cockroaches around, so might be time for some pest control.
