Beautiful setting opposite the beach in a quiet area.Only 15 minutes to Port Douglas, 5 minutes to supermarket so we were able to enjoy the best of both worlds. The home was spacious, clean, filled with everything you could need during your stay.Highly recommended.
Another enjoyable Christmas here. Loved our stay. We find it a peaceful place to just relax and spend time with the family. House is beautifully presented, tropical gardens and a sparkling pool. Only problem is the time here goes by too fast!!!

Thanks Belinda, always a pleasure to have you and your family as our guests.
Grandparents from down south catching up with Queensland children and grandchild. Perfect for what we needed, lots of thoughtful extras such as games for us all to play, not just the one child. Everything we needed for meal prep, and such a quiet location with beach access, plus the pool for the times when the beach is windy. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.

Perfect location! Right across from the ocean separated by an almost non-traffic street. You hear and see the ocean from the patio/ living room and one of the bedrooms. Very well stocked kitchen and house in general. Backyard is very nice with a saltwater/chlorine pool. One of our most favorite places we stayed in Australia. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. All the amenities were fantastic, the location to everything is amazing and the fact that you can walk across to the beach for sunrise is perfect.
It was 20 years since my husband and I visited far north Queensland and once again it did not disappoint. My boys had an amazing first time in far north Queensland.
Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Dear Kristi & Stuart,
It was a pleasure to have you and your children staying. So pleased that you enjoyed our tropical paradise as much as we do.
Kind regards,
Philip & Anne
We had a wonderful stay at this little house across the street from the beach. One simply has to walk through a little park to get to the sand. The water can be viewed and the sounds of the ocean can be heard while sitting on the front deck. This place has a well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable living and dining space. There are many options for movies to watch or books to read and games to play. Two of my family of four (including two teenagers) also enjoyed the swimming pool in the small but beautiful back yard. We were happy to find this place as a wonderful, relaxing option to staying in busy Port Douglas while still having the option of an easy drive into Port Douglas.

Thank you for your review Scott. Glad you enjoyed your stay!
We could not have been more impressed with this villa! It was exactly as depicted in the picures, absolutely gorgeous home, and the owners' attention to detail (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the bathrooms to a fully stocked kitchen re: the essentials) was fantastic. It's location was PERFECT! An easy 5 minute drive to Mossman, 20 minute drive to Port Douglas, 30 minute drive to Daintree (in other direction). We thoroughly enjoyed the clean, crystal clear pool, and loved the covered outdoor area with big table, chairs, and some additional casual seating. The bedrooms were all air conditioned, which was wonderful. We watched a few movies from the selection available, and there were also loads of family games, etc. Phenomenal stay for our first epic adventure to FNQ. Thanks, Phillip and Anne!

Thanks for your great review Martha. So glad you and your family enjoyed our little piece of paradise 😊
Absolutely beautiful, well appointed home. Spotless and every necessity was thought of and available in the home.. including some basic staples to assist with delicious, tasty cooking. The views to the ocean were beautiful and you could hear the waves from the rooms. Very nice space for our 2 couples. Back pool and alfresco was lovely, especially during very windy seafront days. Newell is magical and private. A spectacular new boat ramp is now available. Camping.. convenient store with delicious take away food. Near Mossman (Mossman Gorge) for convenient shops and Port Douglas is close by for upscale restaurants and great tourism and shops. Don’t miss Nautilus for a very unique dining experience. Drive up to Granite Gorge to see the Mareeba rock wallabies. Absolutely stunning park.. so unique and picturesque. Enjoy! We certainly did!

Perfect holiday
What a lovely house, so relaxing. Spent a week at Coco Beach Villa with 2 teenage sons. We had a lovely time, ate outside every night, swam in the pool and explored the surrounding areas. Even tried the local take away which served great food but no other eating options in the town. Mossman only a short drive away and has a great supermarket and a few eating options. Port Douglas also an easy drive. Defintely need a car for this one. Love the location and the peace and quiet.

Excellent accommodation
We only had 4 nights at Coco Beach Villa but can't wait to return for a much longer stay. Would easily accommodate 3 couples. Ocean views and breezes, comfy beds and wonderful covered outdoor area and pool. We were there peak season and didn't see another human being on the beach.
