Sunshine - "Classic" Beach Holiday House with a touch of Retro.

Sunshine - the classic old fashioned fun holiday house.
Upstairs consists of open living, dining and fully renovated kitchen with microwave and 1 draw dishwasher complete with air conditioning.
Main bathroom (freshly Renovated) with shower, vanity and toilet.
2 Bedrooms plus front and back covered decks.
Back deck has BBQ, outdoor setting and lounge area.
North East facing to take in the afternoon sea breeze.
Downstairs is a 3rd Bedroom / retreat with queen bed + day bed ( Single bed + single trundle bed) with freshly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet.
Laundry with washing machine.
Large fully fenced back yard with fire pit.
Plenty of parking and room for a large boat.
Garage not available.

The location
Sunshine is perfectly located just 150 metres from the white sands of Jervis Bay where you will find Collingwood Beach (not pet friendly) which is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, stand up paddling, kayaking or simply relaxing.
Also the Jervis Bay Foreshore Cycleway walkway.
Also 500 metre stroll to Vincentia Shopping Village with bakeries, cafe's, restaurants, Coles Supermarket plus an array of specialty shops.

The beaches
Jervis Bay has a vast array of beaches and coves to explore and enjoy.

Driveway for 3 cars + room for a large boat.

2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 1 Single day bed, 1 single trundle bed.
Personal Linen is Required - please bring sheets/pillow slips/bath towels/bath mats/t towels + beach towels

Huskisson Beach and Nelson's Beach - Off leash at certain times and seasons.

Internally renovated, close to beach snd shops

As new property fully renovated internally and exceptionally clean. Two spacious decks and pleasant backyard. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and Vincentia shopping centre, and access to the huskisson walkway and whitesands walk. Internal stairs very steep so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues, poor balance or young children. Very well set up for at-home cooking and the cooking equipment was either new or barely used. Big tv with netflix, and tv, and comfortable couches. Enjoyed the trivia! It lived up to the description and we felt well looked after.

We stayed for a quick weekend away with the family. House was clean, neat and tidy, plenty of bedding options, and large yard and rear deck - so heaps of room to move. Only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and Vincentia shops and cafes. It was a few kms into Huskisson. But that suited us, as it was quite busy in town, and Vincentia was just a bit quieter. Overall we'd recommend this property, and with another trip planned to the area later in the year, hopefully we can stay again.
