About this property

Four Bedroom Family Holiday House.
Suitable for 6 adults maximum + 4 children.
Open plan living, dining and kitchen with slow combustion fire - great for the cooler months (Firewood available) plus Air Conditioning.
From living area are step out to covered front verandah. Complete with lounge area and BBQ. Perfect for a lazy afternoon of relaxing - sit back and enjoy the afternoon sea breeze and the sound of the waves breaking on Collingwood Beach.
4 Bedrooms (bedroom 2 set up for the kids with 2 sets bunks)
Ceiling fans in all bedrooms plus Air Conditioning in Bedroom 1.
2nd Living Area downstairs which is set up for the kids - great for a rainy day,
with video games and toys - Wii + Playstation 3.
Fully Fenced Back Yard with outdoor setting.
Garage not included. 2 high chairs available.
Off Street parking and room for a boat.

Jacs Joint is ideally situated on Elizabeth Drive, Vincentia only 100 metres to the beautiful sands of Collingwood Beach (not pet friendly beach) which is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, stand up paddling, kayaking or simply relaxing. Also a great place to watch the sun rise.

Also just 50 metres away is the Jervis Bay Foreshore Cycleway walkway. Head north to the Hub of Jervis Bay - Huskisson - or head south and follow the White Sands Track through to the world famous white sands of Hyams Beach.
10 minute leisurely stroll to Moona Moona Creek - perfect for the younger kids to splash in the water and for the adults to relax or go for a paddle board.

If bringing a pet - please be aware that ticks are active in the local area
Please note that only the following beaches are pet friendly:
Huskisson Beach and Nelson's Beach - Off leash at certain times and seasons.
Hyams Beach and Orion Beach - On leash at all times.

Linen is required - please bring sheets/pillow slips/bath towels/bath mats/t towels and beach towels
Linen Hire available - pricing to be confirmed (you will need to make beds yourself)

Great property and location

Great property, has everything needed for family, children or group of adults. Very short walk to the beach (just across the road) and not far from shops. Great communications from the managers. Overall highly recommended.

Great family vacation house!

A short 3 min walk to the beach. Lots of room. Kids play room under the house, it had everything required for 6 adults and 4 kids! We will be back!

Lovely home, great location!

We had a very relaxing stay in a house we’ll equipped for all ages. Very neat and tidy with generous sized rooms. Excellent location, close to beach, parks and shops.
