Perfectly located overlooking Palm Beach on St Georges Basin.
Large yard, room for the kids to play plus plenty of off street parking and room for a boat + pets welcome.

The space
Recently renovated - family holiday house.
Living are with comfy lounges, smart TV and air conditioning. Dining area with seating for 8 which overlooks deck which has outdoor seating for 8 + BBQ + water glimpses across the Basin.
Wood fireplace for the cooler months (wood required)
Renovated kitchen with quality Smeg appliances, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (pods supplied for arrival)
Main bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom 1 has an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
Laundry with washing machine/dryer combo.
Garage is not available.

The location
250 metres from your front door is Palm Beach - safe swimming for the younger kids. Also the Basin Walking Track - 10 km of local serenity.
Peaceful location with an abundance of local wildlife.
Perfect for a base away from the hustle and bustle of the Hub of Jervis Bay - Huskisson and Vincentia and Hyams Beach.

PERFECTION!

This is definitely the best property we’ve stayed in on the coast. Extremely clean, beautifully set out, in a fabulous location.. there wasn’t a thing we would change. Highly recommend for a family and a dog!
