Located on the absolute beach front this luxurious property has been designed to maximize the breathtaking views out to the Coral Sea and dunk island.

Built with high ceilings and large open living areas the boat house entices cooling sea breezes. The large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is built to enjoy, relax or entertain. Boasting 90m2 inside the living area opens out to a huge undercover deck overlooking the pool and beyond to dunk island. The perfect place for a family BBQ. If you feel like a dip in the Coral Sea it is only 20m from your back door step. This house will give you the holiday feeling of tropical beachfront paradise the instant you enter.

Perfectly set up to accommodate 2 families the boat house comfortably sleeps 8, designed for 4 adults and 4 kids. The main bedroom also enjoys panoramic ocean front views along with its spacious private ensuite and queen bed. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and built in robes for comfort. For the kids the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks, the lower bunk is a double. The bunks are small singles more suited for kids up to 12 yrs old.

Through the main entry door is the 2nd toilet and private undercover outdoor shower area.

The whole house is fully airconditioned or just open up and enjoy the sea breeze.

The boat house is perfectly positioned being a 3-minute drive from Woolworths and local restaurants.

Paradise at boathouse

This is our second stay at the boathouse. The property is ideal for our multi generation family getaway. We love the outdoor area,pool and outdoor bathroom. And only use the house to sleep and cook occasionally. The house has everything we need. Easy beach access and a complete tropical holiday

Great property

Stayed for 3 nights with my partner, sister and parents. We all really enjoyed our stay, beach was so close, just a 15m stroll through a lovely garden. Big, airy rooms and the place had everything we needed and more. Todd the property manager was great, the hot water ran out, turned out to be the gas bottle had run out and he was over in 15min to change the bottle. Would definitely stay there again

wonderful property,great location

Had a wonderful stay at the Boathouse, the house was very well equiped was ideal for a large family getaway. The pool could have been a little bigger but that was minor
