- Inside the residential town next to Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park 1 - Many shops, stores, food courts,... just 2 mins walking from the building - 2km to AEON Mall - Lots of Grab, local taxi around the area
NO SMELLY FOOD or FRUITS such as Durian, Jackfruit, Mangosteen, Kimchi, or any fermented seafood in the apartment
FINE for these violations will be US$ 200 to cover the cost of removing their smell (and/ or stains) from the rooms
VALUABLES: Please keep all your valuable belongings with you or locked in a safe place (i.e. your luggage) when you are not in the room. We are NOT responsible for any loss of your valuables left unattended in the apartment.
KEY RETURN: Please note that if you fail to return the apartment key after your stay, we will charge you an extra US$15 to replace the lock
HOUSEKEEPING: Cleaning will be provided twice a week. However, they will NOT do your dishes. Please do your own dishes and keep the kitchen clean after you use it.
