Birdsong - holiday home in Perth

Situated in 2.5 acres of grounds, 2-bedroom Birdsong is a perfect blend of tranquility & convenience, only 5 minutes from Wanneroo town and various other suburbs.
Owners, Jane and Stuart live on-site in the main house. Birdsong is an attached but separate and private dwelling with its own entrance, parking and outdoor alfresco. We are laid-back and easy going, and are happy to hang out or give you your space, as desired.


The space
You have total access to this evaporative air-conditioned two-bedroom, 1 bath home with kitchen, dining and lounge area. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a travel cot is available as well (please indicate on booking). Owners reside in the adjacent attached home and share access to the pool area along with guests in our other holiday home Sunrise Retreat.
There are two bedrooms with comfortable, quality queen beds, both with bedside drawers, lamps and spacious wardrobes. The living, dining and kitchen area is open plan, with a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, large fridge freezer, dining table and chairs, sofa, TV.
There is also a six seater table and a barbecue on the covered alfresco with outdoor blinds for when the evening sun is shining in. From the alfresco you will enjoy uninterrupted views down the hill of the fields.
The focus on furnishing the apartment has been your comfort, quality and style.
Guests have access to the shared pool area by walking around the front and side of the house.

The area
Birdsong is situated in the rural suburb of East Wanneroo, with the unique convenience of being close enough to town but with the tranquility of living amongst large rural spaces.
Named Birdsong after the many parrots, galahs, wagtails and kookaburras who you often see and hear singing in the surrounding gardens.
