Welcome to our beautiful ‘Linton Retreat’ in a picturesque location.

You will be treated to a beautiful five-person outdoor spa in an enclosed spa house.

‘Linton Retreat’ offers our guests a contemporary, peaceful accommodation in a wonderful bush setting, easy walking distance to the Linton shops and the Ballarat Skipton Rail Trail at your doorstep for bike riding or leisurely walks.

We built this cottage specifically for guests, with a beautiful outlook from the windows and front veranda in a natural bush setting. You will experience peace and tranquillity with double-glazed windows. You will feel at home with elegant, chic furniture. Our cottage facilities have all the comforts and technology to support your stay, with two smart TVs, one upstairs and one downstairs, two split systems, one upstairs and one downstairs, to ensure you are perfectly comfortable during winter and summer. There are two toilets, with the first in the main bathroom and the second upstairs. To keep you connected, we have free WIFI.

Our cottage can sleep up to four, with a beautiful King Bed upstairs and two double sofa beds available. The lounge upstairs converts into a double bed with a Japanese divider separating the king bed and divan for privacy. Alternatively, downstairs, the lounge converts into another double bed.

Continental breakfast is available for our guests and is complimentary on your first morning. Other meal options include bringing your own for self-catering, enjoying Linton's hotel, or Cafe. Or nearby other hotels and cafes are available to try.

The kitchen is fully equipped with self-catering, and an external BBQ is available on the verandah overlooking the garden and bush setting.

Linen and Towels supplied, Dishwasher, Modern Electric Oven and Cook Top, Microwave, Tea and Coffee, Porta Cot, High Chair, Board Games, Hair Dryer and Toiletries to name a few of the comforts.
If you are a bike rider, bushwalker, gold digger, or birdwatcher, you will enjoy Linton, or want to get away from the city, our retreat is the place to rest. If you love history, you can venture out with the ‘Walk or Drive Tour’ history guide available. We have many places to explore like ‘Devils Kitchen’ a rock outcrop.

The cottage has stairs and is not recommended for anyone who would find them a challenge, although we have bedding and everything you need downstairs. To keep the children safe, we have a latch on the upstairs bedroom door for the adults’ peace of mind. Pets are not allowed because we don't have an enclosed area.
