Farm House Flat Pet Friendly

Farmhouse Flat- Pet Friendly- is a quality self contained flat set within the Farmhouse property of 3 acres in the city limits of Warrnambool but in a rural setting. Recently redecorated there is free guest parking and plenty of it. Close to the Merri River it is in a very private setting, with fully grown native trees and bird life. (Merri River is noted for its trout and is a lovely tranquil fishing spot.) The Farmhouse Flat is 10 minutes from the CBD but close to main roads, highways, and tourist locations.

The Flat has a queen bedroom, ensuite with vanity, toilet, and shower (towels and toiletries provided). The living room is open plan with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge room. Features of Farmhouse Flat include: electric stove, fridge (including milk, butter, jam, vegemite, drinking water,cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, and chocolate provided) microwave, pots, pans, glassware, crockery, cutlery, stereo, smart 50" TV, free WiFi, DVD player and basket of movies, Foxtel, Netflix and Disney, Air conditioning (reverse cycle), electric blanket, quality bed linen, additional large TV/DVD in bedroom, BBQ, outdoor area, and pet-friendly environment.

Short drive to Tower Hill State Game Reserve, 20 minutes to Port Fairy, 15 minutes to Logan's Beach Whale Nursery, 10 minutes to Beach, dog-friendly beach, and Flagstaff Hill Maritime Museum.

Farmhouse Flat is solid brick, decorated with timber and brick with quality fittings. It is located off a service road and offers guests a private and secluded getaway. Pets are welcome but a fee applies.

Quick weekend away!

Hubby and myself stayed here, first came across it due to being pet friendly but didn’t end up taking our babies, John and Helen organised everything for our fur babies, they met us on arrival, easy to talk too… we loved the fact it wasn’t far from city centre yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle! Lovely and quiet and extremely homey.. definitely would stay again thank you So much xx

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this fantastic property. Helen and John were great hosts and our dog, Bing, enjoyed running and playing with their dog Jax in the large paddock. The bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities were more than adequate. We would definately recommend staying here and will most likely do so again.

A real Gem!

The Cottage had everything you and your pets could want including milk, coffee, wine, chocolates, dog treats etc and is just up the road to the whale nursery at Logan’s Beach The dog beds were so comfy that our two fur baby’s preferred them to their usual couch potato positions for the duration of our stay! They looked like they were smiling for the whole trip 😝 Helen and John made us all (humans & pets) feel very welcome and at home - especially you Helen! Thank you. We had a fantastic stay at Helen's apartment! The location was perfect, just a short drive from the main attractions downtown. The apartment itself was beautifully warm and impeccably clean. Helen was a wonderful host, providing clear instructions and even providing our Afghan hound lots of towels, treats and even his own bed. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. We especially loved the warmth and comfort of the apartment where we could unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, a delightful experience and we would certainly come back.

Great doggie friendly 2 night stay

Great property with everything you need and more. Dog loved the space and checking out the wild rabbits. Hosts are extremely welcoming and were quick to provide a large BBQ & pot when we came home with a fresh crayfish. Plenty to see & do in Warnabool, foreshore & maritime village is delightful.

Our December stay at Farm House Flat, Pet friendly.

We have stayed here previously and because we enjoyed it we returned and enjoyed our stay again. The flat is self contained, very clean and tidy. Helen and John, the owners, do a wonderful job providing a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. After a welcome briefing, including tourist information, by Helen, we were completely independent and free to do our own thing. Thank you for a nice stay Helen and John.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment very much, particularly the combination of 1980s style bricks, woodwork, and real character with up to date accessories - except for the absence of wifi, necessitating use of a mobile hot spot. The only slight drawback is the distance out of town, making a car essential, and the not particularly interesting setting (though the farmlet is lovely, as is the birdlife, especially the fairy wrens)

A perfect place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city but not too far away from the magnificent coastline. Helen and John are wonderful hosts. Warrnambool retreat

Our stay here was fantastic. Our hosts were lovely, the unit was perfect, lots of little special extras, our dogs were made most welcome and comfortable, with treats and beds. We loved the huge gardens and surrounding area, with easy access to Warrnambool central and the beaches. Everything was just lovely. We highly recommend this property.
