Mia Mia is a picturesque town in the heart of world-renowned Heathcote Wine Region, less than 7kms from Heathcote town centre, 25 mins from hip Kyneton, 40 mins & historic Bendigo. Here you will find over 40 wineries in our wine region to enjoy.

Stunning! The property is surrounded by majestic Mt Ida, Mt Camel, Mt Alexander, McIvor & McHarg Ranges. Here the sunsets are magical and sunrises are dazzling.

Mia Mia Vistas offers pure privacy for the perfect getaway. It is a beautiful three-bedroom house cleverly divided into two villa units under one roof: 1 bed villa & 2 bed villa. We only let one villa at a time or both units, so only one booking can take place. There are no other cottages, no owner's house on the land. Just you. You will have 45 acres all to yourselves!

The breathtaking mountain views as far as the eye can see, absolute serenity & picturesque landscapes make Mia Mia Vistas a magnet for photographers, honeymooners, digital nomads, sunset & sunrise lovers, stargazers & nature seekers. Here we are all about memorable experiences & reconnecting with the ones you love.

This listing allows you to book both villas as a three-bedroom house perfect for up to six guests & one infant. Overall arrangement is 2 x king beds and 1 x queen bed, two bathrooms and 3 x toilets and two outdoor hot/cold showers. Both villas are fully self-contained, have their own entrance, verandah, lounge, kitchen & bathrooms, laundry room with washing machine & separate dryer. Back patio area can be accessed from both units, allowing guests to enter each unit if need be.

Having two separate villas under one roof is perfect for families, group of friends or three couples to enjoy together whilst being in one location, but wanting some privacy at the same time. This is especially ideal if you are travelling with an infant, with your parents or with teenage children.

Both villas are arranged as follows:

- 2 Bed Villa: will be set up with king-sized & queen-sized beds.

Enjoy our spectacular landscapes and glorious vistas from our roomy & stylish open plan lounge. Sink into our comfy oversized L-shaped sofa, read a book, or watch Netflix and enjoy the crackle of the log burning fire. Craft sumptuous feasts in the well-equipped open plan kitchen fit for a chef with dining area perfect for entertaining.

The property features a stunning outdoor claw foot tub and a jet spa bath indoors. The toughest choice you’ll face here is deciding which tub to soak in first.

In addition to our indoor showers, you can take a scenic shower outdoors and you can do that as a couple from our blissful 'his' and 'her' outdoor hot & cold showers.

Our generous verandah has a Weber Gas BBQ, outdoor table and large patio area. It's a wonderful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine whilst watch our beautiful sunsets & magnificent mountain views of Mt Camel, Mt Alexander & Mt Ida.

- 1 BR Villa: Comprising one king size bedroom with en-suite shower & toilet and walk-in wardrobe. Lounge room has a comfy L-shaped sofa and a Netflix-enabled Smart TV. Open plan & well-appointed kitchen has a dining table that sits four with access to a private patio area with views of McHarg ranges.

For corporate & extended stays, enjoy the best of both worlds, a 100 Mbps internet speed along with tranquility and panorama whilst you work-from-home using our reliable internet and laptop friendly environment!. Each villa has comfortable interiors, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and separate drier and the extra provisions of linen and towels and household supplies give our long-term guests all the creature comforts of a home-away-from-home. Great Easter stay

The property was a great farm stay experience, up on a hill overlooking the countryside. Split into two separate apartments it worked well with lots of space for group and quiet activities as required. The countryside is pretty dry at the moment but still gives you a chance to slowdown and listen the farm animals and wildlife.

One of the best Holiday Experiences we've had so far!

Vicki & Cam, you guys have been one of the best hosts we've ever had. We stayed three nights at this beautiful property and right from the get go this property offered us full relaxation and we didn't have to worry about anything. Location and the views were breathtaking and photos couldn't do justice to what it actually looks like. Definitely would recommend this Property and the hosts to anyone looking to just get away and relax with family and friends.

This beautiful country house was just perfect for our girl’s weekend. The fire place was beautiful, views gorgeous and we really appreciated the yummy fresh produce in the fridge for our breakfast. Vikki was easy to communicate with and the house had everything we needed for a Winter getaway. Thank you for having us. We will be rebooking for next year!

Perfect rural getaway

Our two families with kids aged 10 to 13 had a wonderful time at Mia Mia. The house is lovely, super comfortable and clean. Vicki was so welcoming and responsive, and generously provided wine, provisions and chocolate. The bathrooms and kitchen have everything you need and more. The view from anywhere in the house is absolutely spectacular, and we all loved going for sunset walks around the property. The outdoor showers are a special touch! Love this place - highly recommend and hope to return.

FAMILY HOLIDAY WITH 3 GENERATIONS

Mia Mia Vistas was a lovely stay with my family. The entire property is very well kept, and the house was beautiful, modern and clean. By far the best we have stayed at, which is a lot. Kitchen well stocked with plenty of breakfast items. The cows are friendly and love to lick your hands if you get close enough! The outdoor showers were a dream, perfect for the warm nights and to watch the sunset over the never ending valley. Would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance! Can't wait to return, already planning our next break. Thankyou Vicki & Cam for a very enjoyable holiday and sharing your amazing home. ❤️

Beautiful house, stunning views and all the special little touches made for perfect stay.

From start to finish we were blown away with this property. Communication with the owners was clear and simple. Directions were more accurate than google maps. As we pulled into the long driveway we were blown away by the views. We parked in the triple car port and easily found the key box for access. When we walked into the house we found a gift of red wine and Elton John glasses which was amazing attention to detail as the reason for our stay was that we were going to Elton John concert. We kept finding unexpected little touches, basket of toiletries, cereals, chocolates and chips, lovely fresh bread, milk etc. The house was spotlessly clean and bed linen and towels were great quality and lovely and soft. Our children loved exploring in the grounds and the adults loved relaxing on the verandah drinking the local heathcote Shiraz that was left for us by the owner. The first night we were amazed by the stars and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the natural surroundings. We would highly recommend this accomodation to others and have already spoken about returning for a girls weekend. This property is perfect for families, couples, friends, anyone would fin it hard not to love it. Thank you Vick and Cam for an amazing weekend

A true BNB that has everything

Fantastic place. Mia Mia Vistas had everything that you would need with all of the small touches. A beautiful bottle of wine on arrival and being Easter we also had some delicious chocolates awaiting us (we ended up going to Condi winery after sampling the bottle of wine and bought 2 dozen bottles). The place has everything in the kitchen that you are able to use and plenty of breakfast items to enjoy. It wasn’t just the kitchen either everywhere there are small touches to make it a true home away from home. The place itself was so comfortable for the 6 plus of us and a baby where they also had everything for a baby, cot, high chair and toys and we enjoyed every minute. The place is a short drive into Heathcote less than 10 minutes I would say with plenty of wineries around the area. If we come back to this area without a doubt will be coming back to this place. We had a slight hiccup with the property due to the bad weather experienced over the weekend and the reason for me mentioning this is the responsiveness from the host Vicki was second to none. Vicki stepped me through some process to see if we could fix it first which unfortunately we couldn’t but then had someone on site on the same day to fix it and kept us informed. Could not have asked for a better host. If you are thinking of staying here just do it you won’t regret it.

Fabulous house and wonderful views

Mia Mia Vistas is one of the best houses I have ever stayed in and I highly recommend it if you want to explore Heathcote and local Wineries. Beautiful views, no neighbours,very clean, games, complimentary & very generous breakfast for the 2 days of our stay, wine & chocolates, Fire pit, BBQ. Excellent communication from hosts Vicki & Cam. Ten out of Ten from us. We stayed there 1st & 2nd April 2022. Missing it already and would happily stay there again. Book it if you want to make beautiful memories.

Wonderful getaway

Heathcote wine region is one of our favourites and the township of Mia Mia with its undulating hills, mountain views and wineries all around it simply took our breath away when we discovered it one day. So much so, that we had to keep coming back to enjoy when we found our family holiday home we affectionately call - Mia Mia Vistas.

Mia Mia is a township situated in the Heathcote Wine Region renowned for its award winning shiraz, which we adore and couldn't live without.

As guests we know how to enjoy ourselves and also be clean and courteous at the same time! We hope to find like minded guests who will treat Mia Mia Vistas as their second home and grow to love our wonderful Heathcote Wine Region, most down to earth winemakers, tasty country pies, tall tails over long lunches & all the festivals it has to offer throughout the year, just like we do.
